NEVADA, Mo. - Eddie R. Rives, 61, died March 7 at his home in Nevada. He was born in Missouri and lived in Kennewick for 40 years before moving in 1998. He owned and operated Ed's Excavating in Kennewick. Arrangements were made in Nevada. Local arrangements are pending.
