THREE RIVERS - Juanita Cadena, a homemaker and member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, died June 9, 1999. She was 86.
Survivors include three sons, Guadalupe Cadena of Three Rivers, Joe Cadena of San Antonio and Danny Cadena of George West; five daughters, Elodia Ybanez of Corpus Christi, Sovedia Amaro of Three Rivers, Solia Valdez of Sinton, Margaret Haag of Odem and Juanita Tanguma of Victoria; a brother, Domingo Enriquez of Cuero; 28 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.

Dorris L. Childress
Dorris Larue Bennett Mahurin Childress, a retired employee of Alford Refrigeration Warehouses and a member of Zion Memorial Baptist Church, died June 9, 1999. She was 82.
Survivors include her husband, Curtis; two stepdaughters, Glenda Taylor of Alice and Cheryl Fromme of Sinton; a stepson, Benny Childress of Houston; a brother, Paul Bennett of Friendswood; eight grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

MATHIS - Arnulfo V. Encinia, a welder and a Catholic, died June 8, 1999. He was 50.

Maria de Jesus Garcia, a retired bilingual teacher and homemaker, died June 6, 1999. She was 87.
Survivors include a son, Santiago Garcia of Dixon, Calif.; a daughter, Maria Meredith of Corpus Christi; three sisters, Beatriz Carabajal of San Diego, Calif., and Carolina Martinez and Antonia Rodriguez, both of Corpus Christi; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

PREMONT - Concepcion S. Perez, a homemaker, died June 10, 1999. She was 96.

SAN DIEGO - Juan Rivera, co-owner of San Diego Dry Goods, later renamed Rivera's Store, and a member of St. Francis de Paula Catholic Church and Rotary Club, died June 10, 1999. He was 94.
Survivors include three sons, Juan Rivera of Alice, Ricardo Rivera of Rockport and Patricio Rivera of Laredo; 10 grandchildren; and five grandchildren.
Rosary will be recited at 6 p.m. June 11 at Mauro P. Garcia Funeral Home. Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. June 12 at St. Francis de Paula Catholic Church. Burial will be in San Diego Cemetery No. 2.

KINGSVILLE - Pedro Cisneros, a retired Texas A&M University-Kingsville gymnasium clerk, died June 10, 1999. He was 50.
Survivors include his wife, Delia; a daughter, Norma Cisneros of Chicago, Ill.; two sons, Pedro Cisneros III of Kingsville and Edwardo Cisneros of Victoria; three sisters, Eloisa Barela of Alpine and Guadalupe Gomez and Tammy Mascorro, both of Kingsville; and four grandchildren.
Services will be at 10 a.m. June 12 at Agape Worship Temple. Burial will be in Santa Gertrudis Cemetery.

Alvin Davis
Alvin Davis, an Army veteran, member of St. Matthew's Missionary Baptist Church and automotive engineer and transmission specialist, died June 8, 1999. He was 64.
Survivors include his wife, Essie; two sons, Michael and Alvin Davis Jr., both of Corpus Christi; seven daughters, Alvyn Davis of Rockdale, Marsha Washington of Austin and Shirley Anakoute, Carol Daniels, Sandra Obideque and Jacqueline and Judith Davis, all of Corpus Christi; five brothers, Ben Davis of Copperas Cove, Herman Davis of Flint, Mich., Wayman Davis of Brownsfield, LaFayette Davis of Austin and Leonard Davis of Rockdale; five sisters, Julie Embra and Mary Ware of Kalamazoo, Mich., Bessie Davis of Rockdale, Linda Alexander of Houston and Beverly Davis of Austin; 29 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Ramon N. Escamilla
Ramon N. Escamilla, a Navy veteran and retired employee of the Corpus Christi Army Depot, died June 11, 1999. He was 61.
Survivors include his wife Maria; two daughters, Diana Cisneros of Kingsville and Dalia Smith of San Diego, Calif.; a son, Ramon Escamilla of Kingsville and three grandchildren.
Rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. June 13 at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home. Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. June 14 at St. Martin Catholic Church. Burial will be in Santa Gertrudis Cemetery with full military honors.

YORKTOWN - Anita Meta Heil, a Sunday school teacher, member of the Women of E.L.C.A. and Dorcas Circle and retired telephone company employee, died June 10, 1999. She was 83.
Survivors include her husband, Tony; three sons, Val Heil of Corpus Christi, Jay Heil of Yorktown and Kurt Heil of Wellman; two sisters, Ruby Braun of Yorktown and Wilodine Lemke of Brenham; a brother, Marvin Jacob of Houston; and six grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. June 13 at St. Paul Lutheran Church. Burial will be in St. Paul Lutheran Cemetery.

William M. Horger
William M. Horger, an Army veteran and member of Central Christian Church, died June 9, 1999. He was 80.
Survivors include his wife, Edna; a son, Larry Horger of Corpus Christi; two daughters, Barbara Brewer of Corpus Christi and Susan Lowdermilk of Canton, Ohio; two sisters, Evelyn Mack of California and Gloria Fields of Utah; two brothers, Richard Horger of Florida and Raymon Horger of Nevada; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Survivors include his wife, Maxine; a son, Ronald Lindley of Port Aransas; two daughters, Sharon Hahn of Austin and Priscilla Casall of Corpus Christi; nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Survivors include his wife, Onie; two daughters, Joy Williams of Topeka, Kan., and Jan Eddins of Rockport; a brother, Charles Eddins of Rockport; and four sisters, Ester Lockhart of Rockport, Irene Roberts and Doris Griffin, both of Porter, and Nadine Outlaw of Bon Wier.
