She was preceded in death by her husband, George Patton Beene. She is survived by one daughter, Anne B. Brown of Bonita Springs, FL; two sons, Dr. George Patton Beene and wife Barbara, Maumelle, AR, Lemuel Robert Beene and wife Frances, Athens, TN; seven grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren; two sisters, Leona W. Roberts, Huntington Beach, CA and Mary Sue Reed, Chattanooga; one brother, Robert Kirk Walker and wife Joy, Chattanooga; several nieces and nephews.
