Survived by mother, Irene Glover; sisters: Delores A. married to Rev. Julius C. Porcher, Jr., Johnstown; and Freddie M. Johnson, Johnstown; brothers: David; and Hardy E., Johnstown; nieces and nephews: Lori A. Porcher; David C. Porcher; David T. Glover; and Jessica Glover; great nephews: Julius Lamar Porcher; David James Porcher; and Jerrin Porcher; and special friend, Bruce Respress, Atlanta, Georgia. Also survived by a host of cousins, friends, and the Downtown Hilton Family, Atlanta, Georgia. 

Employed at the Downtown Hilton, Atlanta, Georgia for 15 years. Former member of St. James Missionary Baptist Church. Friends received from 12:30 PM until time of Funeral Service at 1:00 PM, Saturday, Rev. Dr. Ralph Johnson, at Frank Duca Funeral Home, Downtown Chapel, Corner of Jackson and Locust Streets. Geiser, Catherine A., 57, of Johnstown, died May 10, 2000, at Memorial Medical Center. Born July 28, 1942 in Johnstown, daughter of Ruth (Sedlmeyer) Geiser. Preceded in death by parents; maternal and paternal grandparents. 

Survived by aunts: Margaret Nauerth, New York; Margaret Sedlmeyer, Johnstown; and Helen Hipp, Johnstown; Special Friends: Shirley Gobin, Susan L. McQuaide, Bryan J. Paczek, Kelsie R. McQuaide, and Patricia Hiner. 

Conemaugh Hospital R.N. employed as a Librarian. Funeral Service will be held at Richland Cemetery Mausoleum 10:00 AM, Friday, Rev. Bernard Grattan. FACCIANI, ANNA M., 87, of Johnstown, died August 8, 2000 at LaurelWood Convalesant Care Center. Born March 16, 1913 in Lilly, PA. Daughter of Anthony and Mary (Margiewicz) Archihofsky. Anna was the last surviving member of the Archihofsky family.Preceded in death by her parents; beloved husband of 57 years, Reno R. Facciani, in 1985; brothers: Joseph and Louis; sisters: Blanch Stopka, Helen Lesczc, and Lottie Reese; first born son, Raymond who died at infancy ; daughter Nancy who died in 1947 at the age of seventeen; grandson Patrick. 

Survived by 3 sons: Leonard M/T Ardeth Helsel, Donald M/T Mary Rose Weaver, Ronald M/T Barbara Merrits all of Johnstown; daughter Sally Anne M/T Stuart Plotkin of Richmond, VA; 9 grandchildren: Leonard Jr., Michael J., Richard, Michael E., John, Mary Beth, Ronald Jr., Julie Ann, and Joseph. 10 great grandchildren: Joseph, Thomas, Angela, Lara, Raquel, Gabrielle, Vincent Reno, Megan, Reno Robert, and Brittany. 

Anna was Co-owner with her late husband of Modern Art and Plate Glass Company in Johnstown. They were among the establishing residents of the little neighborhood of Elim in Upper Yoder Township where they have resided for nearly seventy years. A tree will be planted in her memory on Finch Street in Elim. Anna earned a Practical Nursing License at Mercy Hospital. She also enjoyed Bridge and actively played in a woman's club for over fifty years. She will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her family and friends. Anna and Reno were active, charter members of St. Clement Catholic Church where Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11:00 AM, Friday, Father William E. Rosenbaum. Friends received from 7-9 PM, Wednesday, and 2-4 & 7-9 PM, Thursday, Vigil for the deceased will be held on Thursday at Frank Duca Funeral Home, Westmont Chapel, 1622 Menoher Blvd. Interment St. Anthony Cemetery.

Vlasaty, Edward W., 76, of Fanwood, NJ, formerly of Johnstown, died August 4, 2000. At Greenbrook Manor Nursing Home, Greenbrook, NJs. Born September 11, 1923 in Johnstown, son of Emery and Rose Vlasaty. Preceded in death by parents; wife Madlynne (Veil) Vlasaty, died in 1984. 

Survived by daughter Lin Vlasaty, Sommerville, NJ; sisters, Elizabeth Muzic, Ohio; Rosemary Antoniou, Florida; brother, John Vlasaty, Johnstown. Mr. Vlasaty was a graduate of University of Pittsburgh and served in the US Army during WW II. He was employed as a Banker with Chase Manhattan Bank in New York City for over 30 Years. He retired as vice-president in 1980. 

Member of the American Arbitration Association, the American Legion and St. Bartholomew the Apostle R.C. Church in Scotch Plains, NJ. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10:00 AM, Thursday, at Our Mother of Sorrows Catholic Church, Msgr. Thomas K. Mabon. Friends received from 2-4 & 6-8 PM, Wednesday. Andolina, Angeline, 88, of Johnstown, died July 30, 2000, at UPMC Lee Regional. Born June 28, 1912 in Italy. Daughter of Guitona and Josephine(Pichara) Polonia. Preceded in death by parents; husband Michael who died November 21, 1968; son-in-law Raymond Mirto; brothers: James, Charles, and Frank; stepbrothers: Guy, Samuel, and Jack. 

Survived by beloved daughter Rose Mirto of Johnstown; son Edward M/T former Carol Klonisky of Cairnbrook, PA; brother John Polonia M/T former Theresa Laposata; sisters Josephine M/T Charles Rametta and Rose M/T John Trauger; granddaughter Kimberly M/T Bruce Brewer; grandson David Andolina; great grandchildren: Zachary, Ashton, Michael, and Madison Brewer; sister-in-laws Sarah Andolina and Helen Andolina; also survived by a host of nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, great great nieces and nephews, and many family friends.

Colosimo, Helen G., 88, of Johnstown, died July 17, 2000, at home. Born May 24, 1914 in Johnstown, daughter of Hugo and Bertha Behrndt. Preceded in death by: parents; husband Leonard ; grandson Dennis and sister Lillian( Ondrejack) Penna. 

Survived by children; Leonard F. and JoAnne A. Kosiorek both of Johnstown; sister Edna M/T Nick Guarino of N.J. ; 3 Grandchildren Robin L. M/T Joseph Zahoran, Leonard D., and Randy Kosiorek; 2 Great Grandchildren Jospeh James and David Andrew Zahoran; Daughter-in-law Loretta Colosimo. Also several nieces and nephews. 

Helen was a former Democratic Committee Woman and District Chairperson of Southmont Borough. Also, a member of the Democratic Executive Board of Cambria County and a former Girl Scout Leader. She was a life member of Zion Lutheran Church where Funeral Mass will be celebrated Thursday at 10:00 AM, Rev. Warren S. Karshin. Friends received from 2 to 8 pm, Wednesday, at Frank Duca Funeral Home, Westmont Chapel, 1622 Menoher Blvd. Interment St. Anthony's Cemetery. Naselli, Catherine M., 92, Johnstown, died Saturday July 15, 2000, at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center. Born March 30, 1908 in Johnstown. Daughter of Domenick and Maria (Amitrano) (Paolillo) Powell. Preceded in death by parents; husband, Anthony, brothers Joseph, Frank, John, Louis and Domenick "Nutchie" Powell. 

Survived by sister Alberta Delligatti, of Connellville, PA niece Constance (Powell) Komar, St. Clairsville, OH and godchild Rose (Duca) Cerula. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. 

Member of Sons of Italy Lodge 1614. Former Member of St. Anthony Catholic Church. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, July 18, 2000 at 10AM at St. Clare of Assisi Church. Survived by son, Stephen married to the former Deborah Casino, Johnstown; sister Josephine McFaddin, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. 

Retired from Bethlehem Steel Corp. , Blast Furnace, with 38 years of service.

Bossler, Dublin, OH; Mary Ann m/t Joseph McCaffrey, Johnstown; Paul m/t Beth Korsh, Herndon, VA; 4 grandchildren, David Bossler & Fiancé Linda Neal , Joey McCaffrey & girlfriend Heleana Weber, Lauren and Molly Lumnitzer; sister; Jeanne Stock Harris, Largo, FL; also survived by nieces & nephews.

She was a devoted and loving wife, mother and grandmother; Volunteered at the Little Shops at Memorial Medical Center.

She was active in Ferndale P.T.A. and Eastern Star. Active lontgtime member of Moxham Lutheran Church; Den Mother for the Cub Scouts; Avid Golfer. Survived by wife, Matilda (Florina) and five children: Richard m/t Karen (Lohr), Johnstown; Deanna m/t John Haddle, Johnstown; Marie m/t Rodney Miller, Cherryville; Nancy Chirillo, Johnstown; and Peter m/t Adonna (Popolo), Manassas, VA; blessed with seven grandchildren: Samantha Chirillo, John Haddle, Matthew Haddle, Stephanie Miller, Bradley Miller, Camille Chirillo, and Gena Chirillo; also survived by brother, Joseph Chirillo m/t Fannie (Stumpo) and sister, Theresa Novelli.

A retired Bethlehem Steel crane-operator with 40 years of service. US Army Veteran having served in the European Theater; awarded the Good Conduct Medal, American Defense Medal, and the European-African-Middle East Service Medal with 5 Bronze Stars. An honored member of the Sons of Italy Lodge,

Manganella, James, 93, formerly of Conemaugh Boro, died November 17, 2002 at UPMC Lee Regional.  Born August 15, 1909 in Johnstown, son of Pasquale and Giatiana (Margucci) Manganella. 

Preceded in death by parents; wife, Sara, who died in 1981; daughter, Margaret Larkin; and brothers: Anthony, Joseph, and Samuel Manganella.

Survived by daughter, Joann m/t Raymond Piwowarski, SC; sister, Rose Zabric, Pittsburgh; numerous grandchildren; devoted brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Joseph R. and Mamie V. Latch.

Retired Car Shop Foreman from Bethlehem Steel after 46 years service. 

He was a great neighbor, by shopping, getting prescriptions or doing anything around the houses.

Preceded in death by parents; first husband, Frank Trio, Sr. and second husband Tom Trakas; daughter, Grace Coby; son-in-law, Austin Rilogio; daughter-in-law, Grace (Vecchio) Trio; brothers, Russell and Anthony Shorto and sisters, Angeline Trigona, Sarah Shorto and Catherine Hipp.

Survived by children, Joseph, Florida; Carmella m/t Harry Ernst, Mary Rilogio, Frank and Anthony Trio, Eugene m/t Carol Becker, Nicholas and James Trio; sisters, Perina Verrone, Mildred Regino, Mary Basile, and Nancy Price, all of Johnstown. Anna was very proud of her 21 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and 1 great great granddaughter, also numerous nieces and nephews.

Jeffreys, Thelma E. (Cragle), 67, Johnstown, died November 5, 2002 at UPMC Lee Regional Hospital. Born March 14, 1935 in Tunnelton. Daughter of Owen and Laura (Fisher) Cragle.

Preceded in death by parents and brother Robert.

Survived by husband of 49 years, Reese Jeffreys, children; Valerie Jean m/t Matthew Carneal; Wanda Ann m/t Gregory Smith, both of NC; Edward Wayne m/t Lena (Melius), Twin Rocks, Cory Alan m/t Janis (West), Hooversville; 
11 grandchildren.

She loved Elvis Presley and his music, also singing and playing guitar.
