BATH | Mary T. Reed, 56, of 10 W. Morris Street, Bath died 
Saturday, May 25, 2002 at the Ira Davenport Memorial Hospital. 
Mrs. Reed was born in N. Hornell, April 19, 1946 the daughter 
of the late Leverette and Phillis (Ross) Terwilliger. She was 
a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband Roland Reed of Bath, NY; 2 
daughters, Yvonne Reed of Buffalo, NY and Suzette Reed of 
Bath, NY; her son Jeffery Reed of Canyon County, CA; her 
granddaughter, Christa Jacobs; 2 sisters, Gail (Charles) 
Scully of Liverpool, NY and Daisey (Jay) Allmann of Liverpool, 
NY and several nieces and nephews. Mary was predeceased by her 
parents.
Friends may call today, May 29th from 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00 
PM at Fagan's Funeral Home in Bath. Funeral Services will be 
held Wednesday at 11:30 AM at the funeral home with Reverend 
Robert Tuttle officiating. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery 
in Almond, NY. Memorial donations, in Mary's name, may be made 
to the National MS Society, Upstate New York Chapter, Donor 
Relations Center, 1000 Elmwood Avenue, Rochester, NY 14620.



James H.  Regan 
ROCHESTER | James H. "Jim" Regan, 78, of 615 E. Gansevoort 
St., Little Falls, died Monday, June 24, 2002 at Strong 
Memorial Hospital after a brief illness.
Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Mary Regan; seven 
sons, James T. Regan of Syracuse, William H. Regan of 
Lawrenceville, Pa., Patrick F. Regan of Newark, Del., Daniel 
R. Regan of Arlington, Texas, Timothy D. Regan of Herkimer, 
and Martin R. Regan and Dennis G. Regan, both of Little Falls; 
one brother, John 'Jack' Regan of Little Falls; one sister, 
Carol McDonough of Little Falls.
Calling hours are 4-8 p.m. Thursday at the Enea Funeral Home, 
24 W. Monroe St., Little Falls.
Services will be begin there at 10:15 a.m. Friday and move to 
the Holy Family Parish for a mass of Christian burial at 11 
a.m. Burial with military honors will be in St. Mary's 
Cemetery, Herkimer.



Shirley F.  Regan 
PAINTED POST | Shirley F. Regan, 78, formerly of West Hill 
Road, died Wednesday, Aug. 7, 2002. 
She had been a medical secretary for Dr. Hoffman in Corning.
Survivors include her adopted daughter, Laurie Frost of 
Painted Post.
Arrangements are incomplete with Phillips Funeral Home, 
Corning.



Vanona  Reidy 
ELMIRA | Vanona Reidy, 85, of Horseheads, died Friday, Sept. 
13, 2002 at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center.
She had worked for the Bendix Corporation in Montrose, Pa. and 
was also a self-employed beautician. 
Survivors include her husband, Daniel J. Reidy Jr.; four 
daughters, Marian Brown of Spring Hill, Fla., Pat Grimes of 
Mercur, Pa., Nancy Hoffman of Wyalusing, Pa., and Sandy 
Balonis of Ft. Myers, Fla.; three sons, Henry Stanton of 
Silvara, Pa., Don Reidy of Horseheads, and Jack Reidy of 
Mansfield, Pa.
Calling hours are 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday at the Van 
Buskirk-Lynch Funeral Home, Horseheads. 
A mass of Christian burial will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at 
St. Mary Our Mother Church, 816 Broad St., Horseheads., the 
Rev. Christopher E. Linsler officiating. Burial will be in St. 
Peter and Paul's Cemetery.



John P.  Resotko 
WHITNEYVILLE, PA. | John P. Resotko, 64, of Whitneyville, died 
Sunday, March 3, 2002 at home.
He had been owner of the Great Valley House Restaurant in 
Ansonia and worked for Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hospital in 
Wellsboro for 10 years.
Survivors include his wife of 40 years, Annbeth Kurtzo; a 
daughter, Theresa Weir; a son, John Resotko; three brothers, 
Steve Resotko of Pompton Plaines, N.J., Bill Resotko of 
Clifton, N.Y, and Joseph Resotko of The Poconos; three 
sisters, Ann Scherback of Clifton, N.J., Helen Shovan of 
Hawthorn, N.J., and Maryanne Davieau of Allentown.
Calling hours are 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at Tussey-Mosher Funeral 
Home, 139 Main St., Wellsboro.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at St. Peter's 
Catholic Church, Wellsboro.

CANISTEO | Dwight R. Reynolds, 71, of Green Street died 
Tuesday, April 16, 2002 at home.
He had been a spinner specialist for Corning Inc., retiring in 
1987. 
Survivors include his wife, Natalie S. Brasted Reynolds; three 
sons, Scott Reynolds of Canisteo, Craig Reynolds of Bluffton, 
Ind., and Robert Reynolds of Anderson Island, Wash.; a sister, 
Erma Landon of Safety Harbor, Fla.
There will be no calling hours.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family. Burial 
will be in Bath National Cemetery.

HORNELL | Lillian M. "Lil" Reynolds, 85, of 49 Davenport St., 
died Thursday, Sept. 12, 2002 at St. James Mercy Hospital in 
Hornell.
She was worked for the former Merrill Hoisery and the Bakers 
Dozen/The Donut Shop, both in Hornell.
Survivors include a daughter, Ellen Crowe of Hornell; two 
sons, Richard Reynolds of Austin, Texas, Michael Reynolds of 
Kanona; a sister, Caroline Mead of Hornell.
Calling hours are from 5-8 p.m. today at the Bishop & Johnson 
Funeral Home Inc., 285 Main St., Hornell.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. 
Tuesday at St. Ann's Church. Burial will be in St. Mary's

Hammondsport, died Tuesday, Sept. 10, 2002 at Ira Davenport 
Memorial Hospital.

Facility in Montour Falls.
She co-owned and operated Narjons Upholstery in Big Flats.
Survivors include four sons, Ronald Rhoads of Beaver Dams, 
Basil Rhoads of Beaver Dams, Richard Rhoads of St. Petersburg, 
Fla., Bryan Rhoads of Beaver Dams.

She had been the historian of the Town of Big Flats, N.Y.

Rhodes of Big Flats, N.Y.; two daughters, Margaret Johnston of 
Frierson, La. and Esther Good, of Horseheads, N.Y.

Harold "Tommy" Roberts of Annandale, Va.
