Arrangements are by the Bond-Davis Funeral Home, Bath. Edward Joseph Northrup ELMIRA | Edward Joseph Northrup, 47, of 1110 Walnut St., Elmira, died Friday May 3, 2002. He served in the U.S. Coast Guard from 1978 to 1998 and retired as a chief petty officer. He was owner of Northrup Memorials in Elmira. Survivors include his wife of 15 years, Mary Rosati Northrup; four daughters, Amanda Northrup of Asheville, N.C., Michelle Northrup of St. Petersburg, Fla., Megan Northrup of Clearwater, Fla., Amy Northrup of St. Petersburg, Fla.; father, Edward J.
