Greece, died Saturday, May 25, 2002 at the Latta Road Nursing 
Home.
She was retired from Eastman Kodak.

Wednesday, April 3, 2002.

HORNELL | Emerson B. Stevens, 93, of 7 Hakes Ave., died 
Wednesday, Feb. 6, 2002 at St. James Mercy Hospital.
He was the owner and operator of the former Emerson B. Stevens 
Gift Shop on Main Street for 36 years.
Survivors include a niece, Barbara Vosler of Getty-sburg, Pa., 
and a nephew, James Stevens of Wellsboro, Pa.

9, 2002 at home.
He retired from the United States Department of Agriculture as 
executive director for the Schuyler County Office of the 
Agricultural Stabilization and Conservation Service.

4, 2002 at home.
She worked in the auditing department at Sears for several 
years.

Storch of Horseheads; one son, Lorin C. Storch of Elmira; two 
brothers, Willis Bennett of Brookside, Pa., and Everett

ELKLAND, PA. | Richard G. Streeter, 78, died Friday, March 1, 
2001 at home after a brief illness. 
He had owned and operated Schoonover’s Restaurant and Dairy 
Bar for many years.
Survivors include three sons, Gary Streeter of Andover, Scott 
Streeter of Elkland and Todd Streeter of Westfield; two 
daughters Bonney Merchant of Austinburg and Pamela Salek of 
Galeton.
Services will be held at 
3 p.m. March 9 at Kenyon Funeral Home, 214 W. Main St., 
Elkland.
 Vera  Struzinsky
HORSEHEADS | Vera Kent Struzinsky, 94, of Middle Road, died 
Saturday, May 11, 2002 at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center in 
Elmira.
She was a homemaker and retired assembler with the former 
Eclipse Co. in Elmira Heights.
Survivors include daughters Alice Struzinsky of Oswego and 
Cleta Lewis of Naples, Fla.
There will be no prior services. Burial will be in Scotchtown 
Cemetery, Erin.

ELMIRA | Antoinette Sullivan of Sagetown Road, Webbs Mills, 
died Monday, March 18, 2002 at St. Joseph’s Hospital following 
an illness.
She was a bookeeper for Marine Midland Bank. 
Survivors include one daughter, Joan Easton of Pine City; one 
son, John James Sullivan Jr. of Glendale, Ariz.; one brother, 
John Cascio of Elmira; three sisters, Ann Malone of Rochester, 
Amelia Morrell of Elmira, and Marie Crispino of Painted Post.

City, died Tuesday, March 19, 2002 at Adam’s Nursing Home.

died Wednesday, Feb. 13, 2002 at home.
She was a nurse at the Bath Veterans Administration Medical 
Center.

Heidi Sutton of Cameron Mills; two sons, Philip Sutton Jr. of 
Cameron Mills and Jared Sutton of Ft. Lewis, Wash.; her 
mother, Alice Eade of Bath; one sister, Patricia Comstock of

She was a homemaker. She also worked in the payroll department

Post; one son, Steven Svec of Port Ewen.
A graveside service will be held in April at Fairview 
Cemetery, Painted Post.

Survivors include his wife of 34 years, Rita Fenner Swift; 
four daughters, Betty Andreason Link, of Lawrenceville, 
Lillian Brown of Bridgeton, N.Y., Claudia Brown of Charlotte,

Monday, March 18, 2002 at Cole Memorial Hospital.
She had been a houseparent and drug and alcohol counselor in 
Wellsville, N.Y.
Survivors include two sons, David Talbett of Whitesville, N.Y. 
and Paul Talbett of Kempner, Texas; a brother, Clifford 
Cornell of Norfolk, Va.; two sisters, Sharon Coyle of 
Wellsville, N.Y., and Sandra Witter of Auburn, N.Y.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at the 
Ulysses First Baptist Church, the Rev. Dr. Richard G. Kirk 
officiating. Burial will in North Bingham Cemetery.

FORTY FORT, PA. | Susan Thomas Taluba, 91, formerly of 
Corning, N.Y., died Sunday, May 19, 2002.
She was a registered nurse until her retirement in the early 
’90s.
Survivors include two daughters, Michaelyn Compton and Susan 
M. Taluba, both of Forty Fort.
Services will be held at 
10 a.m. Wednesday in the chapel of Hanover Green Cemetery, the 
Rev. Patrice Green officiating.

retiring in 1979 after 38 years of service.

Bowen of Lykens; a sister, Pauline Sharp of Mansfield.
