| OSWEGO - Frederick F. "Hook" Haynes, 75, of 15 Murray St.,
Oswego, died Aug. 15, 2000 at Oswego Hospital following a long illness.
Surviving are his wife of 52 years, Gloria (Jock) Haynes; two sons, Frederick
J. and Richard Haynes, both of Oswego; three daughters, Mrs. Victor (Elaine)
Sciortino, and Kathy and Diane Haynes, all of Oswego; two brothers, Raymond
and George Haynes, both of Oswego; one sister, Beverly Fetterly of Oswego;
eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
CLAY - Maurice H. Shaw, 75, of Oswego Road, Clay, died Aug. 15, 2000
at his home. Surviving are his wife of 25 years, Emma F. Shaw; two daughters,
Paula J. Killian of Baldwinsville and Donna M. Sansone of Rochester; a
son, Maurice H. Shaw II of Rochester; four stepdaughters, Sally L. Zischke
of Fulton, Darlene H. Gamble of Baldwinsville, and Teri D. Battles and
Elizabeth A. Dropp, both of Cape Cod, Mass.; a stepson, Douglas C. Humphrey
of Midwest City, Okla.; 24 grandchildren; and one great-grandson.
RED CREEK - Patricia J. Lucieer, 52, of 6902 Main St., Red Creek, died
Aug. 13, 2000 at Newark-Wayne Hospital, Newark. Surviving are her husband,
Terry Lucieer; a daughter, Nicole Lucieer; two sons, Todd Barton and Mathew
Lucieer; four sisters, Joan Couture, Carol Kimsey, Shirley Fabrizi, and
Marie Bianchi; three brothers, William, Leo, and Michael Barton; and a
stepbrother, Glen Alexander.
FULTON - John S. Maloney III, 62, a resident of North Seventh Street,
Fulton, died Aug. 13, 2000 at A.L. Lee Memorial Hospital. Surviving are
his wife, Ruthmae Maloney of Fulton; a daughter, Candy Carvey of Oswego;
his mother of Oswego; two grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
FULTON - Ann M. Acquaviva-Nasca, 51, of 419 S. Fourth St., Fulton, died
Aug. 14, 2000 at Oswego Hospital after a long illness. Surviving are a
son, Charles J. Nasca III of Fulton; her mother, Margaret Acquaviva of
Fulton; four sisters, Mary Clark, Joan Dean, and Catherine and Peggy Acquaviva,
all of Fulton; five brothers, Nicholas Acquaviva of Liverpool, Thomas Acquaviva
of Middleburg Heights, Ohio, John Acquaviva of Land O'Lakes, Fla., and
Arthur and Patrick Acquaviva, both of Fulton; and several nieces and nephews.

FULTON - Elizabeth "Betty" Crandall, 86, of 401 W. Third St., Fulton,
died Aug. 14, 2000 at St. Luke Health Services, Oswego. She was predeceased
by her first husband, Frank Falanga, in 1974; her second husband, Harry
Crandall, in 1991. Surviving are three sons, Dr. Richard Falanga of Oswego,
Peter Falanga of Fulton, and David Falanga of Oswego; one daughter, Patricia
Falanga of North Rose; three stepdaughters, Betty Burch, Leona Crisafulli,
and Natalie Ylitalo, all of Fulton; two sisters, Margaret Trotta of Maryland,
and Theresa Snavely of Pennsylvania; 11 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren;
and several nieces and nephews. The family has requested contributions

OSWEGO - Robert A. Stevens Sr., 76, formerly of Syracuse, died Aug.
13, 2000, at St. Luke Health Facility, Oswego. Surviving are three sons,
Robert Jr. and William Stevens, both of Oswego, and Donald Stevens of Hannibal;
three daughters, Donna DeGraw of Martville, Sandra Agar of Scriba, and
Lucinda Landphere of Mexico; two brothers, William Stevens of Mexico and
Phineas Stevens of Cumberland, N.C.; 15 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.
He was predeceased by his wife, Sarah (Moot) Stevens in 1991.
CLEVELAND - Jon C. Taskey, 54, of Caswell Street, Cleveland, died Aug.
12, 2000 at St. Joseph's Hospital Health Center. Surviving are his wife,
V. Marie (Lyons) Taskey; a daughter, Tracy Cowher of Cleveland; two sons,
Jon R. Taskey of Central Square and Joseph Taskey of Cleveland; a sister,
Jill Taskey of Alabama; and two brothers, Bobby Taskey of Erieville and
Michael Taskey of Liverpool.
PULASKI - Carl F. Nelson, 78, of 181 Lake St., Pulaski, died Aug. 11,
2000 at Community-General Hospital. Surviving are his wife, Kathaleen (Clarke)
Nelson; three daughters, Donna C. Rothfeld of Cazenovia, Patricia M. Ingersoll
of Fulton, and Karen A. Polmanteer of Jordan; and seven grandchildren.
He was predeceased by his first wife, Stephanie Scezurek, in 1993.
CENTRAL SQUARE - Mary E. Casano, 86, of County Route 84, Central Square,
died Aug. 12, 2000 at St. Joseph's Hospital Health Center. She was predeceased
by her husband, Phillip Casano, in 1966. Surviving are a son, David P.
Vrooman Sr., of Central Square; five grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren;
and four great-great-grandchildren.
OSWEGO - Mary J. Dashnau, 65, a resident of 155 E. Third St., Oswego,
died Aug. 11, 2000 at Oswego Hospital. Surviving are five daughters, Juanita
Westberry, Iris Delgado, and Shirley and Joan Dashnau, all of Oswego, and
Mary Dashnau of Florida; four sons, Francis Dashnau of Florida, Alfred
Dashnau of Syracuse, and Miguel and Ismael Perez, both of Oswego; seven
sisters, Mildred Slaver and Elizabeth Velez, both of Fulton, Virginia Barba
and Isabelle Guzman, both of Oswego, Joan Alvardo and Janice Colon, both
of Granby, and Norma Perez of Florida; two brothers, Fred Barker of New
Haven and David Barker of Florida; 44 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.

OSWEGO - Raymond K. Phillips, 89, of 57 West Third St., Fulton, died
Aug. 10, 2000, at his daughter's home in Clay after a brief illness. He
was predeceased by his wife, the former Katherine C. Kelly, who died in
1992. He is survived by a daughter, Jackie A. Gates of Clay; two brothers,
Roland Phillips of Granby and Harold Phillips of Pueblo, Colo.; three grandchildren;
several nieces and nephews.
BALDWINSVILLE - Betty Ann Wheeler Riehle, 57, a resident of 700 Landrush
Way, Baldwinsville, died Aug. 7, 2000, at Crouse Hospital. She was predeceased
by her husband, Rudolf Riehle in 1990. Surviving are two daughters, Margaret
Wheeler and Karen Mackey, both of Baldwinsville; three sons, Rudolf of
Phoenix, Carl of Fulton and Thomas of Baldwinsville; two sisters, Phyllis
Glab of Lowville and Roberta Radziseski of Florida; four brothers, Robert
of Florida, Paul of Solvay, David of Baldwinsville and Jack of Cicero;
several grandchildren; a great-grandchild.
OSWEGO - Bertha E. Mitchell, 79, of Sunrise Nursing Home, Oswego, died
Aug. 8, 2000, at the nursing home. There are no survivors.
ALBION - Georgia N. Dann Munson, 98, of Albion, died July 9, 2000, at
Orleans County Nursing Home. Surviving are two sons, Harold Dann of Florida
and Robert Dann of North Syracuse; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren
and great-great-grandchildren.
OSWEGO - Ronald N. Serow, 59, a resident of 25 E. Fifth St., Oswego,
died Aug. 9, 2000, at Oswego Hospital. Surviving are his wife of 33 years,
the former Ruth Pelkey; a son, Ronald Serow Jr. of Fair Haven; three daughters,
Debra Farnham of Hannibal, Beth and Amanda Serow, both of Oswego; five
sisters, Mrs. James (Nancy) Benenati of Lauren, Sharon Fetterly of Oswego,
Lynda Serow of Oneida, and Kathy Kelly and Dori Dana, both of Oswego; two
brothers, Richard Serow of Fairborn, Ohio, and Robert Serow Sr. of Oswego;
a grandson, Blake Farnham of Hannibal; and nieces and nephews. The family
requests that contributions be made to The American Cancer Society.
MEXICO - Dr. John R. Anderson, 75, a resident of 16 Kimberly Lane, Mexico,
died Aug. 9, 2000, at Birchwood Health Care Facility, Liverpool. He was
predeceased by his wife, Roberta Anderson, who died Sept.11, 1998. Surviving
are a daughter, Mary Mowry of Mexico; six sons, J. Mark Anderson of Albany,
Paul Anderson, of Mexico; John M. Anderson of Owings Mills, Md.; James
F. Anderson of Alpharetta, Ga., Thomas Anderson of Skaneateles and Jerome
Anderson of Baldwinsville; 18 grandchildren. Contributions may be made

OSWEGO - Charles V. Camerchioli, 52, died suddenly Aug. 5, 2000, while
scuba diving in Canada. Surviving are his parents, Nicholas and Carmella
(Niger) Camerchioli; his sisters, Jennifer (Fran) Gutberlet and Adele (Joe)
Hicks; two nephews, Nicholas and Joseph Gutberlet; two nieces, Justine
and Angelica Hicks; and two aunts, Antoinette Camerchioli and Eleanor S.

FULTON - Theresa Gagliardo, 85, formerly of 127 Bateman Road, Fulton,
died Aug. 8, 2000, at Loretto Heights, Oswego, after a long illness. She
was predeceased by her husband, Thomas Gagliardo in 1968. Surviving are
one sister, Mary DeSilverio Hooper of Syracuse; several nieces and nephews.
OSWEGO - Mark A. Herrington, 43, a resident of 309 Woolson Road, Oswego,
died Aug. 8, 2000, at St. Joseph's Hospital. Surviving are one daughter,
Taylor Herrington of DeRuyter; three sons, Steven Herrington of Syracuse,
Kristopher Herrington of Parish and Tanner Herrington of DeRuyter; one
stepson, Jason Wright of Syracuse; his mother of Mexico; four sisters,
Patricia Sawyer of Oswego; Eileen Connolly of Brewerton, Sharon Dexter
and Joanne Stevenson, both of Mexico; six brothers, William, Jerome, Arthur
