Harold R. English, 85, died Wednesday in a Henderson hospital. 
He was born June 10, 1914, in Kansas City, Mo. A retired lathe operator for Titanium Metals Corp., he was a 53-year resident of Henderson. 
He is survived by his daughter, Marla of Bakersfield, Calif.; sons, Harold Jr., Gary, Ronald and David, all of Henderson; sister, Helen Alves of Lone Pine, Calif.; 17 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
