EDWARD A. BOGUCZ SR., 76, of Wayne died Wednesday. Before retiring last year, he was executive vice president of engineering for Edwards Engineering Co., Pompton Plains, where he worked for 45 years. He was past president of the Anthony Wayne Junior High School and Wayne Valley High School parent-teacher associations and a Cub Scout leader, all in Wayne. CHARLES H. CLEGG, 88, of Elmwood Park died Wednesday. Before retiring in 1973, he was a trouble-shooter for New York Telephone Co., New York City, where he worked for 40 years. He was an Army veteran of World War II. He was a member of St. Paul Episcopal Church, Paterson, and the Telephone Pioneers of America.
