JOSEPH F. Di BELLA, 81, of Hasbrouck Heights, formerly of Lodi, died Thursday. Before retiring, he was a foreman for Toni Dee Dress Co., West New York. He was an Army veteran of World War II. He was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 4591, Knights of Columbus Council 7041, and the Leisure Club, all in Hasbrouck Heights, and was a former member of the Disabled American Veterans. He was a parishioner of St. Joseph R.C. Church, Lodi. He was a member of the Bishop O'Connor Fourth-Degree Assembly, Hackensack; the International Ladies' Garment Workers Union, and the AARP. Before retiring in 1980, she was co-founder and co-owner of Service Concrete Manufacturing and Distribution Co., West Milford. She served in England's Royal Air Force during World War II.
