FREDERICK C. BERGER, 53, of Mahwah died Wednesday. Before retiring in 1997, he was a health-care manager for Aetna in New York City. He was a parishioner of St. Francis R.C. Church, Ringwood. He was past president of the New Jersey Organization for Mentally Ill Children and a member of the Clifton-Passaic YMCA.
