OTTO WEBER, 88, of Paramus and Greenwood Lake, N.Y., formerly of Ridgefield
Park, died Monday. Born in Switzerland, he came to the United States in
1924. Before retiring, he owned United Thread & Scallop Cutting Co.,
West New York. He was a member of the Swiss Society of Union City. Arrangements:
