Graduated, Ord High School, 1945. Taught rural school in Valley County. Married, George J. Dworak, 6/21/46, at Marysville, Kan. They lived in Ord, where they operated Ord Bowling Alley and owned/operated Ord Hotel. In 1964 moved to Lincoln, where she worked in advertising at J.C. Penneys. They also spent time in Ord and Sherman Lake. After her husband's death, 8/9/86, returned to Ord, April 1987. Member, Ord Ladies Auxiliary VFW, Nebraska Democratic Central Committee, Valley County Democrats. Enjoyed her grandchildren, sewing, camping, gardening, Husker football and was an avid baseball fan, especially of the Cubs and Braves.
