MAYERSVILLE -- Funeral arrangements for Julia Olivia Bunton, 63, of Mayersville are pending at Redmon Funeral Home, Greenville. She died Feb. 9, 2003, at Sharkey Issaquena Community Hospital, Rolling Fork.
RULEVILLE -- Funeral services for Charles Coleman Jr., 3 months, of Ruleville will be Thursday at 12:30 p.m. at Light House Church, Blaine. He died Feb. 9, 2003, at University of Mississippi Medical Center, Jackson. Burial will be in Mt. Galilee Cemetery, Ruleville, under the direction of Byas Funeral Home, Ruleville.
He was preceded in death by two grandfathers, Curtis Woodard and L.C. Coleman.
Survivors include his mother, Diane Coleman of Ruleville; father, Charles Coleman Sr. of Ruleville; two sisters, Dianqua Coleman and Charlesia Coleman, both of Ruleville; two grandmothers, Jackerlean Woodard of Ruleville and Mary Coleman of Drew.

She died Feb. 9, 2003, at Autumn Leaves Nursing Home, Greenville. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery, Greenville, under the direction of Watson-Edwards & Evans Funeral Home, Greenville.

RUSSELVILLE, Ark. -- Funeral arrangements for Willie B. Jones, 89, of Russelville, Ark., are pending at Byas Funeral Home, Shelby. She died Feb. 11, 2003, at St. Mary's Hospital, Russelville, Ark.
CHICAGO -- Funeral arrangements for Elizabeth Williams March, 86, of Chicago and formerly of Hollandale are pending at Redmon Funeral Home, Hollandale. She died Feb. 9, 2003, at St. James Hospital, Chicago Heights, Ill.
GREENVILLE -- Funeral services for Charles L. McCormick II, 82, a former high school principal and administrator of Bessie J. Taylor Retirement Home of Greenville, will be Thursday at 11 a.m. at First United Methodist Church, Greenville. He died of heart failure Feb. 10, 2003, at Crystal Springs. Burial will be in Greenville Cemetery, Greenville, under the direction of Boone-Wells Funeral Home, Greenville.
Mr. McCormick was born on the Millsaps College campus in 1920, and was raised in Crystal Springs. He graduated from Millsaps College with a bachelor of science degree in chemistry, and later received his master of science degree from Mississippi State University in educational administration. He was a devoted educator and administrator, having served as a science teacher and football coach in Tylertown, and was high school principal in Yazoo City and Greenville. After retiring as a salesman for a major school book company, he re-entered community service as administrator of the Bessie J. Taylor Nursing Home. He and his wife, Sally, were active members of First United Methodist Church in Greenville, where he taught the Big Brothers Sunday School class and served on numerous committees and as district layleader. He was active throughout his lifetime in the Boy Scouts of America, and later in a number of civic organizations. He was preceded in death by his wife of over 56 years, Sally Birdsong McCormick, in 2001.
Survivors include two daughters, Carol M. Shackouls of Houston, Texas, and Judy M. Demoisy of Collinsville, Ill.; one son, Charles L. McCormick III of Hattiesburg; one brother, Jack McCormick of Gulfport; and seven grandchildren, Beth Domoisy, Brook Demoisy, Andy Shackouls, Todd Shackouls, Lauri McCormick McDonald, Kelli McCormick and Charles L. McCormick IV.
The family will receive friends today from 5 to 7 p.m. at Boone-Wells Funeral Home, Greenville.

BATESVILLE -- Funeral services for Jean K. Pund, 70, a retired real estate saleslady of Batesville will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Stephens Episcopal Church, Batesville. She died June 14, 2003, of heart failure at her home. Burial will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday at Greenville Cemetery, Greenville.
She was a member of St. Stephens Episcopal Church. She was born March 13, 1933, to Waymond Daniel and Ernestine Pitman Keel.
Survivors include her husband, William A. "Billy" Pund of Batesville, Miss.; a daughter, Tara Jennings Alt of New Orleans, La.; a son, Walter E. Dye of Batesville, Miss.; two sisters, Carolyn Keel Campbell and Dorothy Keel Etheridge, both of Sarasota, Fla.; three granddaughters; and one great-granddaughter.
Father Sam Godfrey and Father Tom Hastings will officiate.
Visitation will be today from 5 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
WEST COLUMBIA, S.C. -- Memorial services for Raymond Scott Timmons, 37, will be at 4 p.m. today at Dunbar Funeral Home, Columbia. He died June 13, 2003.
Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., he was a son of Georgianna Pazmino Timmons and the late Howard Douglas Timmons. He and his wife, Cassandra Parkinson Timmons, worked alongside each other for many years as head chefs at Motor Supply Bistro.
Surviving are his wife and daughter, Masie, of West Columbia; his mother of Rock Hill; brother, Howard D. Timmons Jr. of Greensboro, N.C.; sister, Jennifer Ann Timmons of Columbia; maternal grandfather, George Pazmino of Brooklyn, N.Y.; and many loving family members and friends.
Visitation will follow the service.

CLEVELAND -- Funeral services for Kathren Jewel Davis, 74, a homemaker, of Cleveland were at 2 p.m. Monday at Fletcher Nowell Funeral Home, Cleveland. She died Aug. 31, 2001, at her home. Burial was in Greenville Cemetery.
Mrs. Davis, a widow, was a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary, Ladies of the Moose and the American Legion Auxiliary. She was a Baptist.
She leaves two daughters, Lynette Magee of Olive Branch and Tillie Rayburn of Greenwood. She also leaves a son, Tim Davis of Leland. She leaves three sisters, Mildred Forbey of Columbus, Marie Hollis of Columbus and Neomia Lawson of Ringgold, La. She also leaves four grandchildren, Christopher Lee Davis, Nicholas Brian Davis, Jarrett Magee and Rachael Kathren Barnett.

Mr. Davis retired after 15 years with the Department of Defense. He was also a licensed social worker.

INDIANOLA --Funeral services for Desiree Hibbler-Griffin, 72, of Indianola will be Tuesday at 10 a.m. at Mt. Beulah MB Church. She died Nov. 21, 2001, at South Sunflower County Hospital, Indianola. Burial will be in Pilgrim Rest Cemetery, under the direction of Byas Funeral Home, Indianola.
Survivors include her mother, Frances Stanton of Indianola; her husband, Frank Griffin of Indianola; three sons, T.L. Hibbler of Detroit, Mich., Nathaniel Hibbler of Hattiesburg and Reginald Hibbler of Indianola; six daughters, Bertha Elmore of Detroit, Ethel Washington of Saginaw, Mich., and Winnie Coleman, Ella Hibbler, Josie Woods and Mollie Potts, all of Indianola; two brothers, Jessie Lee Pames of Cleveland. AVON -- Funeral services for Ernest Jones Sr., 63, of Avon will be at 1:30 p.m. today at Little Sister MB Church, Avon. He died Nov. 19, 2001, at Delta Regional Medical Center, Greenville. Burial will be in the church cemetery under the direction of Harris, Brown & Marion Funeral Home, Greenville.
Mr. Jones was born on June 2, 1938, from the union of Henry Jones and Everlean Smith Ingram in Avon, Miss. Ernest accepted Christ as his personal savior at an early age, where he was baptized at Little Sister MB Church, Avon, Miss., under the leadership of the Rev. B.B. Bryant.
Ernest was preceded in death by his father, Henry Jones; his mother, Everlean Smith Ingram; a son, Maurice L. Jones; two brothers, Curtis Ingram and Tommy Ingram; three aunts, Annie Smith, Loubertha Anderson and Goldie Smith; and one uncle, Joe Smith.
Ernest leaves to cherish in his loving memories a devoted and loving wife of 43 years, Ledora Washington Jones of Greenville, Miss.; two daughters, Melola (George) Carter III and Michelle Diana Jones, both of Greenville, Miss.; seven sons, James D. Sheppard, Ernest (Marie) Jones Jr., Patrick (Georgia) Smith, Brian (Angie) Smith, Paul (Wanda) Smith, Joseph C. Smith, all of Greenville, and Robert (Stacy) Smith of Louisville, Ky.; three sisters, Bertha (Thermon) Young, Wanda Ingram and Zina Ingram, all of Chicago, Ill.; three brothers, Lenard Ingram of Chicago, Ill., Maurice Ingram of Virginia and Rondell Ingram of Memphis, Tenn.; two aunts, Daisy Smith and Susie Young, both of Greenville, Miss.; one special friend, Leon Pam; 25 nephews; 27 nieces; 31 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a host of cousins and friends.
