Bealka died Jan. 19 in Coon Rapids. She was born Sept. 22 in Kenyon to 
Otis and Evelyn Aase. She was a company controller.
She is survived by her husband, Robert; mother, Evelyn Aase; daughter and 
son-in-law, Traci and Shawn DeVries; brother, Bruce Aase; stepchildren, 
Thomas (Judy) Bealka, Theresa Bealka, Trudee Bealka, Timothy (Donna) 
Bealka; and grandchildren, Rachael, Jacob, Tony, Mandy and Ashley.
She was preceded in death by her father, Otis Aase.
Pallbearers were Jim, Steve, and Tony Bealka, Steven Ebner, Trevor Aase 
and Wes Roper.
Interment was at Morningside Memorial Gardens, Coon Rapids. Arrangements

Debra Ann Blaske
Funeral services for Debra Ann Blaske, 47, Elk River, took place Jan. 25 
at Lord of Glory Lutheran Church. Rev. Mark Halvorson officiated.
Blaske died Jan. 22 at her home. She was born April 3, 1953 in Hibbing to 
Thomas and Marian Sonaglia. She worked at Midway Hospital, St. Paul.
She is survived by her mother, Marian Sonaglia of Hibbing; husband, Mark 
Blaske of Elk River; sons, Christopher and Nicholas Blaske of Elk River; 
and sisters, Shelley Cannon of Eden Prairie, Mary Sonaglia of Marshfield, 
Wis., and Gina Sonaglia of Clearwater.
She was preceded in death by her father, Tom Sonaglia.
Pallbearers were Steve Blaske, Mark McBroom, Rev. David Johnson, Dennis 
and Jeff Cannon, and Scott Brown.

Kenneth Buck
Funeral services for Kenneth Buck, 77, Coon Rapids, took place Jan. 25 at 
Zion Lutheran Church, Anoka. Rev. Timothy Johnson officiated.
Buck died Jan. 22 in Coon Rapids. He was born March 26, 1923 in Pelican 
Rapids and was an electrician.
He is survived by his wife, Hope; children, Melody and Bryan; grandson, 
William; sister, Dorothy Baxter; the Shroyer family; and other relatives 
and friends.

Gary E. Christiansen
Funeral services for Gary E. Christiansen, 50, took place Jan. 26 at 
Gearhart Anoka Chapel. Rev. Steve Gahagen officiated.
Christiansen died Jan. 23. He was born Aug. 6, 1950 in Minneapolis to 
Alden Christiansen and Betty Elmquist. He was employed in electronic 
assembly.
He is survived by his father, Chris (Alden) Christiansen; mother, Betty 
Elmquist; and sisters, Dayna Johnson, DeAnne Hild and Joanne Schmid.
Interment was at Crystal Lake Cemetery, Minneapolis. Arrangements were by

Jerard Doucette
Funeral services for Jerard Doucette, 24, Ham Lake, took place Jan. 26 at 
Epiphany Catholic Church, Coon Rapids. Rev. Tom Wilson officiated.
Doucette died Jan. 23 in Ham Lake. He was born Dec. 25, 1976 in 
Minneapolis and was a floor refinisher.
He is survived by his wife, Amanda; son, Justin; mother, Cathleen 
Doucette; father, James Doucette; special friend, Tim Laneaux; brother, 
Jason; sisters, Jean, Jodi, Julie; sister-in-law, Jennifer Deshaw (Wade); 
brothers-in-law, Eric Berens and Christopher Berens; aunts, uncles,

Margaret H. Finger
Memorial services for Margaret H. Finger, 82, Cedar, took place Jan. 31 at 
Bethel Community Church.
Finger died Jan. 27. She was a longtime employee of Federal Cartridge.
She is survived by her husband, Al; children, Kay and David; son-in-law, 
Andy (Pearl); daughter-in-law, Gaile (Dave); grandchildren, Debbie (Gary), 
Cindy (Brian), Shellie (Tim), Chuck (Brenda), Andrea, Kim (Ryan), Glenn 
(Jill), and Joe; and great-grandchildren, David and Jacob.

Robert H. Garske
Memorial services for Robert Henry Garske, 52, Wyoming, took place Jan. 27 
at Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church. Rev. Brian Fragodt officiated.
Garske died Jan. 24 at his home. He was born April 16, 1948 in Reedsburg, 
Wis., to Henry and Dorothea Garske. He served in the U.S. Air Force for 
four years and was employed as a truck driver.
He is survived by his wife, Karen of Wyoming; children, Mike of Woodbury, 
Tom of Roseville and Katie of Wyoming; brother, Ralph (Clarice) Garske of 
Richfield; nephews, Dan (Mary) Garske and their children, Trevor and Jesse 
of Lakeville, Steve (Patty) Garske and their children, Vanessa and Hannah 
of Farmington, and Chris (Dawn) Garske of Richfield; and by many other 
relatives and friends.

Donald Hakarinen

Hakarinen died Jan. 24. He was born Feb. 11, 1929 in Minneapolis and was a 
broker/agent.
He is survived by his wife, Shirley; children, Barbara (Kay) Jacobson, 
Mary (Mike) Haigh, Douglas Hakarinen; grandchildren, Laurel, Christa and 
Callie Jacobson; and sister, Margaret (Vern) Frank.
He was preceded in death by his son, Curtis.

Herbert O. Husby
Funeral services for Herbert O. “Herb” Husby, 90, Ramsey, took place Feb. 
1 at Trott Brook Gospel Hall, Ramsey. Rev. John McNeill officiated.
Husby died Jan. 28 at the DeMars Residence in Coon Rapids. He was born 
Oct. 16, 1910 in Minneapolis to Hans and Olga (Kindseth) Husby. He was a 
veteran of World War II and a retired farmer.
He is survived by his wife, Marcella; sister, Alice Altermatt of 
Minneapolis; and cousins.
Interment was at Trott Brook Cemetery, Ramsey., Arrangements were by

Doris Jurgensen
Funeral services for Doris Jurgensen, 71, Coon Rapids, took place Feb. 1 
at Washburn-McReavy Seman Chapel, Coon Rapids. Rev. Philip Bologna 
officiated.
Jurgensen died Jan. 25 in Coon Rapids. She was born April 8, 1929 in Green 
Bay, Wis.
She is survived by her husband, Harold of Coon Rapids; daughters, Teri 
DeBroux of Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla., Sandra Hatcher of Loretto, Pamela 
Vaughan of Lino Lakes, Peggy Zellmer of Anoka; eight grandchildren; 10 
great-grandchildren; brother, Douglas England of Appleton, Wis.; sister, 
Gladyce Dorr of Greenville, Wis.; and her personal home caregiver, Lois 
Carton.
She was preceded in death by her father, Arthur England; mother, Hazel 
England; and brother, Harry England.
Interment was at Woodlawn Cemetery, Green Bay. Arrangements were by

Kashmark died Jan. 24 at Unity Hospital. She was born April 5, 1932 in St. 
Croix Falls, Wis.
She is survived by her husband, Jerry; children, Jerome (Mary), Julie 
Cunningham (Robert), Jan Borland; grandchildren, Kristina, Jerome D., 
Amanda, Nicholas, Jessica, Ashley; brothers, William, Donelly, Merlin,

Aldon O. Knutson
Funeral services for Aldon O. Knutson, 69, Coon Rapids, took place Jan. 26

Knutson died Jan. 23. He was born in Pennock to Andrew and Ottina Knutson 
and was employed by FMC Corp.
He is survived by his wife, Harlene; daughters and sons-in-law, Lori and 
Dave Swanson, Debra and Mike Halde; son, Steve; grandchildren, Megan, 
Kirsten, Amanda and Travis; sister, Sylvia and Archie Lindgren; and 
brothers, Jerry and Gaylord (Tahna) Knutson.

Pitchford died Jan. 25 in Coon Rapids. She was born Feb. 3, 1920 in Rush 
City.
She is survived by her children, Neil (Marilyn), Wayne (Sue), Jerry 
(Mary), Michael (Linda), Deborah Walters (Mike); 10 grandchildren; many 
great-grandchildren; sister, Joyce Lindstrom; brother, Bud Friedstrom 
(Muriel); and other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph.

Rowanna E. Ready
Funeral services for Rowanna E. Ready (Ann), 77, Anoka, took place Jan. 29

Ready died Jan. 24 at her home in Anoka. She was born Dec. 24, 1923 in San 
Diego, Calif., to Peter Gasser and Catherine Stickney. 
She is survived by her daughter, Kathy Dufresne and husband Paul of 
Ramsey; and grandchildren, Felicia, Gordon and Katrina.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Darrell.

James Ridout
Funeral services for James Ridout, 61, Mounds View, took place Jan. 29 at

Ridout died Jan. 24 in Coon Rapids. He was born April 2, 1939 in 
Minneapolis and was employed in trucking.
He is survived by his children, Chris, Scott (Caroline), Tracy Poundstone 
(Scott); grandchildren, Nicholas, Jacob and Theodore; stepchildren, Rodney 
Burrell, Robin Overby (Ken), and Roger Burrell; and stepgrandchildren, 
Kristina, Jimmy and Samantha.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Rebecca.

Steen died Jan. 18. She was born June 4, 1930 in Shawano, Wis., to Arthur

Ronald Birt
Funeral services for Ronald Birt, 42, Burnsville, took place Sept. 18 at

Birt died Sept. 14. He was born May 6, 1958 in Grand Rapids. He was a 
transportation supervisor and served in the U.S. Army for four years.
He is survived by his children, Sabrina, of Brandon, Texas, Loretta and 
Sharon of Blackfoot, Ind., and Kevin and Stephanie, of Richfield; mother 
and father, Donald and Charlotte Birt of Zimmerman; sister, Dawn Bochniak

Earl Floyd Bjorke

Bjorke died Sept. 12. He was born Dec. 28, 1917 in Duluth to Otto and 
Hannah Bjorke. He was an insurance adjuster.
He is survived by his wife, Norma; children, Peggy (Richard) Curyl, Nancy 
(Bob) Grant, Bobby Bjorke and Deb (Keith) DeGross; 11 grandchildren; eight 
great-grandchildren; and brother, Wally Bjorke.
He was preceded in death by his son, Corky; and daughter, Judy Sullivan.

Harold H. Brandt
Funeral services for Harold Brandt, 70, Coon Rapids,will take place 
Thursday, Sept. 28, 6 p.m., at Washburn-McReavy Seman Chapel, Coon Rapids, 
and at 10 a.m. Friday, Sept. 29 at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
Brandt died Sept. 4. He was born Oct. 28, 1929. He was a past commander of 
the Coon Rapids VFW and a member of the Coon Rapids American Legion Post 
334. He was retired after 34 years with Honeywell, Inc.
He is survived by his wife, Marilyn (Smith); daughter, Robin Caster; son, 
Steven; four grandsons; one granddaughter; and one great-granddaughter.

Donald W. Carlson
Funeral services for Donald W. Carlson, 53, Ramsey, took place Aug. 7 at 
St. Stephen’s Catholic Church, Anoka. Rev. Michael Paquet officiated.
Carlson died Aug. 4 at his home. He was born Aug. 27, 1946 in Minneapolis 
to Frederick Carlson and Dorothy Leathers. He was a machinist at Q.E.D., 
Inc.
He is survived by his wife Jo Anne, children, Scott, Conni and Bob 
Carlson; and brothers, Melvin and Jim Carlson.
Pallbearers were Tim and Chad Carlson, Phil Stephens, Greg and Terry 
Dingman and Jared Mevissen.

Funeral services for Leland J. Cloutier, 75, Anoka, took place Sept. 18 at

Cloutier died Sept. 14 at Mercy Hospital. He was born May 19, 1925 in 
Minneapolis to John W. Cloutier and Leona N. Mizeur. 
He is survived by his sisters, Lavurne Menard, Janice Demko and Mary 
Menear; brothers, Gerald, David and Michael; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Elroy.
Interment was at Calvary Cemetery, Anoka. Arrangements were by

Sharon L. Fynboh
Funeral services for Sharon Fynboh, 57, Cedar, will take place tomorrow 
(Saturday, Sept. 23), noon, at her home, 425 221st Ave. N.W., Cedar.
Fynboh died at Mercy Hospital on Sept. 13. She was born in Minneapolis on 
Jan. 24, 1944. She was a spot welder at Hoffman.
She is survived by her husband, Sam; stepdaughters, JoAnna (Brian) Keocher 
of North Branch, Susan (Bruce) Parks of Braham; grandson, Collin Parks; 
and mother, Lucille Kratzke of Robbinsdale.

George C. Merriam
Funeral services for George C. Merriam, 81, Crystal, took place Sept. 16 
at Church of St. Raphael, Crystal.
He is survived by his wife, Frances; sons, Mike (Margit), Gene, Tim, 
Stephen, Joel (Paula), William (Lori), John (Cindy), Patrick (Julie),

Lillian Agnes Olson
Funeral services for Lillian Agnes Olson, 87, Forest Lake, took place

Olson died Sept. 13 at Birchwood Health Care Center. She was born Oct. 29, 
1912 in Wyoming.
She is survived by her sons, Kenneth (Delores) Olson, and Gary (Rosalee) 
Olson; daughters, Marlys Burman, Harriet (Don) Olson, Judith Volkmann, and 
Karen (Chuck) Peterson; 16 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; sister, 
Tillie Pederson; and many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer Olson; infant son; two 
granddaughters; and a son-in-law.

Vicki Ann Patterson

Patterson died Sept. 10 in Anoka. She was born Nov. 8, 1954 and was a 
caretaker.
She is survived by her husband, Wayne Patterson; children, Brent and 
Wendy; mother, Mary Jane Pangburn; mother-in-law, Gladys Orehek; 
grandfather, Leonard Pangburn; sisters, Pamela Beck (Don), Carla Lang 
(Dale); brother, Gilbert Pangburn (Pamela); and other relatives and

Leonardo L. Strother
Funeral services for Leonardo L. Strother, 48, Champlin, took place Sept.

Strother died Sept. 11 at North Memorial Hospital. He was born Nov. 21, 
1951 in Kansas City, Mo., to Donald and Lillian Strother. He was a retired 
cook.

Lillian Strother; sister, Muriel Hayes; brothers, Michael and Tony; and 
several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Donald Strother.

Dorothy A. Swanson
Funeral services for Dorothy A. Swanson, 59, Andover, took place Sept. 8 
at Elim Lutheran Church, Robbinsdale. Revs. Paul Grothe, Glen M. Floe and 
Carole Lundell officiated.
Swanson died Sept. 2 in Andover. She was born Sept. 7, 1940 in Minneapolis 
and was a church organist and director of music and choir at Zion Lutheran 
Church, Anoka, and more recently at Elim Lutheran Church, Robbinsdale. She 
was also an accompanist for Schmitt’s Music Clinic, the Swedish Male 
Chorus and Music Minnesota.
She is survived by her daughters, Melodie (Mike) Stromenger and Heather 
(Paul) Rezac; grandchildren, Amber and Haley Rezac; brother, Gary Horn; 
Melodie and Heather’s father, James Seaman; and other relatives and 
friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, August and Marie Horn; an infant 
sister; and husband, Mel Swanson.
Pallbearers were Paul Rezac, Tony Brace, Seth Tigh, Mike Stromenger, David 
Legrid and Paul Johnson.

Funeral services for Mike J. Tauber, 20, Ham Lake, took place Sept. 20 at

Tauber died Sept. 17 at University of Minnesota Hospital. He was born 
Sept., 11, 1980 in Robbinsdale.
He is survived by his mother and father, Carol and Richard “Joe;” sister, 
Wendy; grandparents, Rhoda Johnson,Don Johnson (Virginia), Ed Tauber; and 
many aunts, uncles, relatives and friends.

Bell died Sept. 1 in Coon Rapids. He was born July 17, 1935 in St. Peter 
to Conrad and Irene Bell. He was a machinist.
He is survived by his wife, Colleen; mother, Irene of St. Peter; children, 
Jamie, Jeff (Karen), Janelle (Mark), Jerry (Jackie), Jon, Jessie, Josh, 
and Joy (Terry); 17 grandchildren; sister, Judy of California; and 
nephews, Kris and Neil.

John Albert Finke
Funeral services for John Albert Finke, 83, Park Rapids, formerly of 
Cedar, took place Sept. 9 at Riverside United Methodist Church, Park 
Rapids. Rev. Donald Bird officiated.
Finke died Aug. 31 in Park Rapids. He was born June 22, 1917 in Borup to 
August and Amanda (VanGrude) Finke. He served in the U.S. Army in World 
War II, and worked for Federal Cartridge for 24 years, retiring in 1982.
He is survived by his wife, Norma; children, James, Joyce, Kathy, Rebecca 
and Billy; 19 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews; 
and other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; three sisters; and one brother.

Marvin L. Gilbertson
Memorial services for Marvin L. Gilbertson, 76, Anoka, took place Sept. 9 
at First Congregational Church, Anoka.
Gilbertson died Sept. 5. He was born Aug. 19, 1924 in Clear Lake, Wis. He 
served in Europe during World War II and taught 16 years at Anoka High 
School before becoming a chemical dependency counselor.
He is survived by his wife, Betsy; daughter, Linda (Paul), Hackel; sons, 
Lance (Sandy), Craig (Julie), Scott (Nancy), Chris (Kristine); 18 
grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; two sisters; and four brothers.

Hanson died Aug. 31 in Coon Rapids. He was born April 16, 1935 in 
Portland, N.D., to Arthur and Myrtle Hanson. He was a carpenter.

Sharon (Kent) Muenchow; grandchildren, Jeremy, Nicole (fiance, Dan 
Backen), Michelle Schroeder, Isaac Muenchow and Kenneth Hanson Jr.;

Marvin R. Harbour
Funeral services for Marvin R. Harbour, 76, Coon Rapids, took place Sept.

Harbour died Sept. 4 at Unity Hospital, Fridley. He was born Aug. 11, 1924 
in Granite Falls to Clinton Harbour and Jennie Klaasen. He was a crane 
operator with the International Union of Operating Engineers, and served 
in the U.S. Navy in World War II.
He is survived by his wife, Darlene; children, Roger Harbour and wife 
Bonnie of New Boston, Mass., Lynette Yochum and husband Bill of Woodbury 
and Laurie Miller and husband John of Plymouth; and grandchildren, Hattie, 
Hanna, Daniel, Michael, Nicholas, Madison, Alyssa and Aubrey.

Lastovich died Aug. 31 in Forest Lake. He was born June 29, 1925 in 
Hibbing to Steve and Andja (Prebich) Lastovich, He was a diesel truck 
mechanic and served in the U.S. military.

husband Timothy, Ken and wife Terry-Lynne; eight grandchildren; and 
sister, Mildred Kuusisto and husband Howard.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Arleen.

John von Stein

Von Stein died Aug. 31 in Andover. He was born May 22, 1923 in Coraopolis, 
Pa., to Ralph P. and Anabel (McDaniel) von Stein. He was an accountant 
with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, an active Mason for many years and 
a church organist.
He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Gretchen and Paul Sabel; 
son, Jon; grandchildren, William, Lauren and Shaina Sabel; sister, Dorothy 
Templin; brother, Carl von Stein; and other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his wife Georgiana; and five siblings.

and was a carpenter. He was a veteran of World War II and member of Coon 
Rapids VFW and American Legion posts.
He is survived by his sister, Hazelien of Mesa, Ariz.; and many nieces,

He was preceded in death by his wife, Isabelle.

Donald Newell Sr.
Funeral services for Donald Newell Sr., 75, Oak Grover, took place Sept. 1 
at Church of St. Patrick, Oak Grove. Rev. Michael Kennedy officiated.
Newell died Aug. 30 in Coon Rapids. He was born Nov. 15 in Milford, Ohio, 
and was employed in shipping. He was a World War II Navy veteran serving 
in the Pacific Theater.

Kathleen Nugent (Denis), Timothy (Monte); 14 grandchildren; eight 
great-grandchildren; sister, Merna Teall; and many other relatives and

Gordon N. Freeburg
Memorial services for Rev. Dr. Gordon Neil Freeburg, 77, Cedar 
Rapids,Iowa, formerly of Anoka, took place Sept. 18 at the Masonic Temple, 
Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Revs. Lee Roy Collins, Tom Carter and Steve Bibb

Freeburg died Sept. 12 in Canada. He was born Jan. 31, 1923 in Elk River 
and grew up in Anoka, graduating from Anoka High School. He became an 
ordained minister in the Iowa Conference of the United Methodist Church 
and served churches in Minnesota, Illinois and Iowa. He served in the U.S. 
Marine Corps in World War II.
He is survived by his wife, Rosanne of Cedar Rapids; sons and daughters, 
Bill and wife Peggy of Cedar Rapids, Ruth Anne and husband Sonny of North 
Bay, Ontario, Canada, Gordy and wife Laura of Dover, N.H., Merrilee and 
husband Paul of Lake Forest, Calif., and Minnetta and husband Patrick of

Br. Thomas Granfield

Roger D. Provost
Funeral services for Roger D. Provost, 64, Coon Rapids, took place Sept. 
27 at Zion Lutheran Church, Anoka. Rev. Liane Rock officiated.
Provost died Sept. 20 at his home. He was born Feb. 4, 1936 in Minneapolis 
to Elmer and Pauline (Lambert) Provost. He was retired from Federal 
Cartridge after 34 years.
He is survived by his wife, Corinne; sons, Jim Provost and wife Charlene, 
Jeff Provost and wife Sheila; daughters, Jody Hemmesch and husband Craig, 
Jackie Provost, Sharon Ayers and husband Jim, Shelley Shroyer and husband 
Karl; 15 grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; brothers, Richard, Randy 
and Ronald Provost; nieces and nephews; and others relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Pauline Jackson.
Interment was at Forest Hill Cemetery, Anoka. Arrangements were by 
Thurston-Lindberg Funeral Home, Anoka.

Raymond K. Sheeley
Funeral services for Raymond Keith Sheeley, 80, Ramsey, took place Sept. 
22 at Thurston-Lindberg Funeral Home, Anoka. Rev. Dean Wirz officiated.
Sheeley died Sept. 19 at his home. He was born Dec. 12, 1919 in Winnebago 
to Ernest Sheeley and Pearl Knowland., He was retired chief engineer at a 
synagogue.
He is survived by his wife, Audrey; 10 children and stepchildren; 27 
grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; two brothers; and three sisters.
He was preceded in death by two children; two great-grandchildren; and two 
sisters.
Interment was at Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Arrangements were by 
Thurston-Lindberg Funeral Home.

Clifford W. Stoltz
Funeral services for Clifford W. Stoltz, 83, White Bear Lake, took-place 
Sept. 27 at Anoka United Methodist Church. Rev. Brenda King officiated.
Stoltz died Sept. 23 at Fairview Ridge Hospital, Burnsville. He was born 
Feb. 9, 1917 in Virginia to Howard Stoltz and Constance Morris. He was a 
salesman at Heyman Corp and a lifetime member of the Elks Club.
He is survived by his sons, Curtis and wife Naida of Andover, Jack of 
Rosemount; grandchildren, Clara and Howard; brother, Howard; sisters, 
Phyllis Marconett and DeEtta Bertucci; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary; and brothers, Francis, Mel and 
Edward.
Pallbearers were Jeff Stoltz, Jim, Peter and Chris Bertucci; Rick Wilgers, 
and LeRon Knebel.
Interment was at Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Arrangements were by 
Thurston-Lindberg Funeral Home, Anoka.

Robert J. Swenson
Funeral services for Robert J. Swenson, 77, Anoka, took place Sept. 28 at 
Thurston-Lindberg Funeral Chapel, Anoka. Rev. Norman R. Berg officiated.
Swenson died Sept. 24 at Colonial Place in Minneapolis. He was born April 
3, 1923 in Jackson County to Abraham and Rose (Kalash) Swenson. He was a 
machinist at FMC.
He is survived by his daughter, Julie Nodsle of Detroit Lakes; sons, Randy 
(Kay) Swenson of Marcos, Colo., Larry (Priscilla) Swenson of Dayton, Kevin 
(Kathy) Swenson of Grand Junction, Colo., Lynn Swenson of Elk River; Brian 
(Shannon) Swenson of Okinawa, Japan; 16 grandsons; four granddaughters; 
two sisters; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister; two brothers; and a 
great-granddaughter.
Pallbearers were Reggie, Erek and Nick Swenson, Danette and Derrick 
Nodsle, and Chad Olson.
Interment was at Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Arrangements were by 
Thurston-Lindberg Funeral Home.

Anna Zacharoff
Funeral services for Anna Zacharoff, 84, Cambridge, took place Sept., 27 
at Carlson-Labatte Funeral Home, Cambridge.
Zacharoff died Sept. 23 at Cambridge Health Care Center. She was born Dec. 
12, 1915 in Minneapolis.
She is survived by her son John Zacharoff Jr.; daughter, Ann Krekelberg; 
six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and sister, Irene Little.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Rose Dahl; and husband, John 
Zacharoff Sr.
Interment was at Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Arrangements were by 
Carlson-Labatte Funeral Home.
