Private ceremony for Prakash (Rani) Amritlal, 86, Coon Rapids, took place April 5. A celebration of her life will be announced at a later date. 
Amritlal died April 4 in Coon Rapids. She was born June 24, 1915 in Rangooh Myahmar, and was a retired educator. 
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Gita and Pradip Kar; granddaughters, Promona and Shonalie and their spouses Nikhil and Christopher; grandson, Sagar; great-grandchildren Pria, Sonia, Neil and Samuel; siblings and relatives in India; and many friends around the world. 
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ranchhodlal; and daughter, Anmol. 
Arrangements were by Washburn-McReavy Seman Chapel, Coon Rapids. 

Margaret Frampton 
Funeral services for Margaret Frampton, 84, Blaine, took place April 13 at Epiphany Catholic Church, Coon Rapids. Rev. Patrick Kennedy officiated. 
Frampton died April 9. She was born July 18, 1917. 
She is survived by her sons, Brian Frampton and Bruce (Vonda) Frampton; daughter, Cathy (Dick) Dupont; grandchildren, Shawn (Jody), Justin, Heather (Mike), Travis, Erin, Travis and Cheryl; and seven great-grandchildren. 
She was preceded in death by her brother, Norton Erickson; and grandson, Jason. 
Interment was at Epiphany Cemetery. Arrangements were by Washburn-McReavy Seman Chapel, Coon Rapids, 

Elaine House 
Funeral services for Elaine C. House, 75, Coon Rapids, took place April 12 at Chetek United Methodist Church, Chetek, Wis. Rev. Ken Reiners officiated. 
House died April 7 in Coon Rapids. She was born May 20, 1926 in Bloomer, Wis. 
She is survived by her children, Jack House (Bernie), Kay Brask (Rod), David (Donna); seven grandchildren; and brothers, Harold (Bernice). 
Interment was in New Auburn, Wis. Arrangements were by Washburn-McReavy Seman Chapel, Coon Rapids. 

Harold Ivarson 
Funeral services for Harold A. Ivarson, 82, Anoka, took place April 15 at Thurston-Lindberg Funeral Home, Anoka. Rev. Bernard Reiser officiated. 
Ivarson died April 10 at Anoka Care Center. He was born Jan. 1, 1920 in Prince Rupert, British Columbia, Canada, to Adolf and Aagot Ivarson. He was a veteran of the Canadian Army and a retired salesman for LinkBelt Company. 
He is survived by his wife, Mary; son, Jeff (Henri) Ivarson of California; daughter, Barbara (Charles) Soucy of Anoka; grandchildren, Bret (Carrie) Soucy, Lisa (Andrew) Swatzke, Ian Ivarson,; and great-grandson, Joseph Soucy and Carson Swatzke. 
Pallbearers were Ian Ivarson, Charles and Bret Soucy, Andy Swatzke, Jim Spence and Loren Weldon. 
Interment was at Forest Hill Cemetery, Anoka. Arrangements were by Thurston-Lindberg Funeral Home. 

Howard Leonhardt 
Funeral services for Howard C. Leonhardt, 90, Anoka, took place April 11 at St. Stephen’s Church, Anoka. Rev. Adrian Piotrowski officiated. 
Leonhardt died April 8 in Rogers. He was born Nov. 30, 1911 in Henderson and was retired from the grain industry. 
He is survived by his wife, Gertrude; sons, Eugene (Marjorie) and Michael (Tulay); daughter, Barbara Bromley (Bill) and Mary Leonhardt-Thayer; grandchildren, Christine, Curtis, Bret, Tim, Don, Susan, Pat, Howard, David, Jennifer, Scott, Brian, Randy, Joan, Tami and Kelly; 24 great-grandchildren; and other relatives and friends. 
Interment was at Epiphany Cemetery, Coon Rapids. Arrangements were by Washburn-McReavy Seman Chapel, Coon Rapids. 

Robert Lidtke 
Funeral services for Robert “Bob” Lidtke, 38, Ramsey, took place April 16 at Washburn-McReavy Seman Chapel, Coon Rapids. Rev. Mark Vinge officiated. 
Lidtke died April 12. He was born May 15, 1963 in Cambridge and was employed in auto assembly. 
He is survived by his wife, Shari; daughters, Cassandra and Cierra; father and mother, Howard and Judy; brother, Brad (Jenny); sister, Angie Russell (Dennis); many brothers- and sisters-in-law; nieces and nephews; and others relatives and friends. 
Pallbearers were Bonnie Niemann, Brad Lidtke, Dennis Russell, Keith Tschumperlin, Howard Dunham, Greg Crandall, Jay Guimont and Doug Baum.

Arthur Mickelson 
Funeral services for Arthur H. “Art” Mickelson, 49, Coon Rapids, took place April 13 at Thurston-Lindberg Funeral Home, Anoka. Rev. Rhodel Jacobson officiated. 
Mickelson died at his home April 10. He was born July 19, 1952 in Isle to Vernon G. and Joanna E. (Hill) Mickelson. He was a Marine Corps veteran. 
He is survived by his wife, Debbie; daughter, Staci Mickelson of Coon Rapids; mother, Joann Mickelson of Deerwood; brothers, Gordon (Sally) of Apple Valley, Donald (Theresa) of South Dakota, Robert (Shelly) of Deerwood, Harley (Marcie) of Blaine, George (Lora) of Columbia Heights; sisters, Darlene (Myron) Hetland of Illinois, Faye Revak of Isle, Sherri (John) Vogel of Mendota Heights, Mary (Tom) Welshons of Pine River, Jeni (Steven) Serig of Kansas, Jean (Gary) Sporer of Hibbing; many nieces and nephews; and brother-in-law, Jon (Kari) Lamke. 
He was preceded in death by his father, Vernon Mickelson; and sister, Betty Mickelson. 
Pallbearers were George Gordon, Harley and Robert Mickelson, Jon Lamke, Tom Brown and John Vogel.

Brian Muehlbauer 
Funeral services for Brian J. Muehlbauer, 40, Anoka, took place April 18 at St. Stephen’s Catholic Church, Anoka. Rev. Bill Deziel officiated. 
Muehlbauer died April 14 in Anoka. He was born July 16, 1961 in Anoka to Herbert Muehlbauer and Mary Ann Catherine Schollmek. He was a cabinet maker. 
He is survived by his parents, Herb and Mary Ann Muehlbauer; sisters, Gloria (William) Orth, Lori; brothers, Dan (Donna), LeRoy; and seven nieces and nephews. 
Interment was private. Arrangements were by Methven-Taylor Funeral Home, Anoka Chapel. 

Dennis Myers 
Funeral services for Dennis L. Myers, 58, Coon Rapids, took place April 10 at Epiphany Catholic Church, Coon Rapids. Rev. Bernard Reiser officiated. 
Myers died April 6. He was born April 15, 1943 to Floyd Myers and Norma Marck, and was a boilermaker in the construction industry. 
He is survived by his wife, Rosemary; sons, Corey (Traci); daughter, Dawn; grandson, Derek; mother, Alice Myers; sister, Virginia; brothers, Gary, Butch, Stanley, Bruce, Kelley, Joe, Mario and their spouses; and many other relatives and friends.

Ragna Pearson 
Funeral services for Ragna Pearson, 93, Ramsey, took place April 15 at Zion Lutheran Church, Anoka. Rev. Norman R. Berg officiated. 
Pearson died April 11 at Mercy Hospital She was born Oct. 9, 1908 in Primrose, Neb., to Walter Olson and G. Maria Tvedt. 
She is survived by her sons, David (Sandra), Alan (Betty), and Dennis Pearson; grandchildren, Jon, Charlotte, Gerald, Angela, Daniel, Virginia; great-grandchildren, Seth, Alexa, Mellissa, Jeff, Douglas, Jenny; sister, Eleanor Larson; and sister-in-law, Gladys Olson. 
She was preceded in death by her husband, Reinard Pearson; son, Jon; sisters, Serina Strand, Margarette Meyer; brothers, Olaf, R. Walter, Johannes, David Olson; and adopted mother and grandmother, Era Smith. 
Pallbearers were Jon, Daniel, Gerald and Jeff Pearson, Seth Gerrard and Luther Olson. Honorary pallbearers were Charlotte Lind, Virginia, Mellissa, Douglas and Jenny Pearson, Angela Scott, Alexa Weller, and Mike, Matt and Marty Olson.

Gladys Schweitzer 
Funeral services for Gladys Mary Schweitzer, 90, Faribault, formerly of Coon Rapids, took place April 11 at Thurston-Lindberg Funeral Home, Anoka. Rev. Craig Breimhorst officiated. 
Schweitzer died April 8 at Pleasant Manor, Faribault. She was born July 20, 1911 in Backoo, N.D., to Hiram P. Weeks and Lavina E. Thompson. She was a retired school teacher. 
She is survived by her children, Ellen Thompson and fiance Leonard Novak of St. Thomas, N.D., Richard Schweitzer and wife Jeannie of Shakopee, Jack Schweitzer and wife Lynn of Faribault, Nancy Schweitzer of Faribault, seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. 
She was preceded in death by her husbands, Martin Schweitzer and Clarence Steinbach; son, Keith Steinbach; great-grandchildren, Tracy Thompson; and sister, Dorothy Holselton. 
Interment was at Cavalier City Cemetery, Cavalier, N.D. Arrangements were by Thurston-Lindberg Funeral Home. 

Barbara Swenson 
Funeral services for Barbara E. Swenson, 64, Anoka, took place April 7 at Anoka United Methodist Church. Rev. Brenda L. King officiated. 
Swenson died April 2. She was born Oct. 6, 1937 to Harvey E. Lund and Esther Hokanson and was a bank teller. 
She is survived by her husband, Duane; children, Jeff (Shari), Scott (Julie) Michael (Brooke), Valerie (Craig) Martin, and Vicki (Jim) Quirk; and 11 grandchildren. 
Interment was at Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Arrangements were by Gearhart Anoka Funeral Chapel. 

Heidi Tews 
Funeral services for Heidi Lynn Tews, 16, Ham Lake, took place April 12 at Epiphany Catholic Church, Coon Rapids. Rev. Joel Cycenas officiated. 
Tews died April 8. She was born Jan. 27, 1986 in Cambridge and was a student. 
She is survived by her parents, David and Carol; sisters, Heather and Holly; grandparents, Rallon and Stella Tews; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. 
Pallbearers were Richard and James VanAsch, Steven Blanchette, Aaron and Owen Tews, and William Remus.

Ruby Wolf 
Funeral services for Ruby M. Wolf, 86, Anoka, took place April 13 at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses. Deacon Earling Hanson officiated. 
Wolf died April 9. She was born Feb. 22, 1916 to Charles H. Barney and Mae Vandecar. 
She is survived by her husband, William; sons and daughters-in-law, Weston and Debbie, Dwight and Melody, Craig and Nancie, and Clinton and Debbie Ekwall; daughter and son-in-law, Vernita and Tony Ackerman; 11 grandchildren; and sister, Meryle Sorteberg.

Lewis Adkins 
Funeral services for Lewis Allen Adkins, 82, Anoka, took place April 23 at Zion Lutheran Church, Anoka. Rev. Liane S. Rock officiated. 
Adkins died April 18 at Mercy Hospital. He was born June 11, 1919 in Anoka to Alfred A. Adkins and Gertrude Lewis. He was a World War II veteran and repairman for NSP for 32 years. 
He is survived by his wife, Doris; daughters, Terry (Jim) Urban, Tana (Charlie) Senn, Sally (Gary) Sloth; son, Tom (Jill) Adkins; grandchildren, Andy, Matt (Kelly), and Mark (Clover) Woitel, Jim Urban, Stacy and Eric Senn, Sarah (Danny) Scrima, Katie and Aaron Sloth, Brett, Brian and Sydney Adkins; three great-grandchildren; brothers, Frank (Joan) Adkins; sister-in-law, Betty Adkins; brother-in-law, Owen Earle and many nieces and nephews. 
He was preceded in death by his brother, Arthur; and sister, Betty Earle. 
Pallbearers were Andy, Matt and Mark Woitel, Eric Senn, Aaron Sloth, and Brett and Brian Adkins.

Dona Armour 
Funeral services for Dona M. Armour, 60, Andover, took place April 17 at Way of the Cross Church, Blaine. Revs. Don Pfotnauer, Bernard Reiser and Mattie Austin officiated. 
Armour died April 12. She was born March 22, 1942 in Texas. 
She is survived by her husband, Calvin; sons, Robert Nelson (Julie), Richard Nelson (Susan) Randal Nelson and Rodney Nelson; daughter, Ry-Chel Gaustad (Steve); grandchildren, Robert, Hope, Allyssa, Rachel, Alexander, Lauren, Whitney, Weston, Rodney and Brooke; sisters, Darnell Dahly; brother, Dennis Gravdal; and many nieces and nephews. 
She was preceded in death by her brother, Dwight Gravdal.

Cara Braddy 
Funeral services for Cara Lynn Hubley Braddy, 27, Marco Island, Fla., formerly of Anoka, will take place tomorrow (Saturday, April 27), 11 a.m., at Zion Lutheran Church, Anoka. Memorial services on Marco Island will be scheduled at a later date. 
Hubley died April 19 on Marco Island. She was co-owner of NetWorth, Inc., a financial planning firm with offices in Minneapolis and on Marco Island and also Braddy Financial, Inc., Marco Island. She was also a licensed and registered occupational therapist. A scholarship has been established in her honor through Anoka High School. 
She is survived by her husband, Michael,; mother and father, Sigrid and Roger; and sister, Amy. 

Clyde Ervasti 
Memorial services for Clyde F. Ervasti, 50, Maple Grove, will take place tomorrow (Saturday, April 27) at Unity South Church, Bloomington. 
Ervasti died April 9 at Twin Rivers Care Center, Anoka. He was born June 19, 1951 in Minneapolis. 
He is survived by his daughters, Tamnya and Tamarra Gumphrey; six grandchildren; mother, Marjorie Ervasti; brothers, Greg (Dee) and Walter (Kathy); sister, Linda Zwass; three nephews; six nieces; and 11 great nieces and nephews.

Merlyn O. Farnum 
Funeral services for Merlyn O. Farnum, 73, Andover, took place April 20 at Washburn-McReavy Seman Chapel, Coon Rapids. Rev. Ralph Tjelta officiated. 
Farnum died April 16 at Greeley Health Care, Stillwater. He was born May 16, 1928 in St.. Paul and was a jeweler. 
He is survived by his wife, Charlotte; children, Mark (Amy Jo), Michele (Michael) and David; eight grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; brother, George; mother-in-law, Wilma; brothers-in-law, Gary and Ron; and many foster children. 
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Paula; parents, Milo and Muriel; father-in-law, Leo; and sister-in-law, Mae. 
Honorary pallbearers were Andrew, Adam, Aric, Ariel, and Paula Farnum, and Merlynn, Marriah and Merrick Gibbons.

Ted Gonsior 
Funeral services for Ted J. Gonsior, 59, Centerville, took place April 20 at Living Word Christian Center, Brooklyn Park. Rev. Mark Lillo officiated. 
Gonsior died April 16. He was born Feb. 7, 1953 in Minneapolis and was a residential real estate appraiser. 
He is survived by his wife, Deb; children, Jenni, Ted and Chris; farther, Theodore F.; father-in-law, Jack (Rosemary) Hamlett; brother, Gregg (Linda); sisters, Terri (Randy) Pearson, Gayle (Larry) Fickbom, Patti (Tim) Fredberg; brother-in-law, Scott (Jill) Hamlett. 
He was preceded in death by his mother, Janice.

Jill Heck 
Funeral services for Jill M. Heck, 40, Andover, took place April 19 at Epiphany Catholic Church, Coon Rapids. Rev. Bernard A. Reiser officiated. 
Heck died April 16. She was born Dec. 27, 1961 in Minneapolis and was a deli manager at Cub Foods. 
She is survived by her husband, William; daughter, Ashley; sons, Robert and Jacob; sister, Terry Manion (Marty); brothers, Ron Simmer, Gary (Kelly) Simmer, Jack (Sheri) Simmer; and many nieces and nephews. 
She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Jermayne Simmer.

Arthur Hedin 
Funeral services for Arthur E. Hedin, 87, Anoka, took place April 23 at Lord of Life Church. Rev. Hilton Hammer officiated. 
Hedin died April 19 in Anoka. He was born April 13, 1915 in Malung to John and Ida Hedin. He was retired electrician. 
He is survived by his wife, Marjorie; son and daughter-in-law, Greg and Carolyn; granddaughters, Cristin (Matt) Anderson and Courtney Hedin; and several nieces, nephews and friends. 
Pallbearers were Delbert and Harvey Johnson, Randy and Tom Israelson, and Cristin and Courtney Hedin. 
Interment was at Morningside Memorial Gardens, Coon Rapids. Arrangement were by Gearhart Funeral Chapel. 

Rose LaTuff 
Funeral services for Rose Ann H. LaTuff, 66, Elk River, formerly of Anoka, took place April 19 at Thurston-Lindberg Funeral Home, Anoka. Rev. Dale Ehrman officiated. 
LaTuff died April 15 at her home. She was born Aug. 8, 1935 in Sauk Center to Anthony J. Doege and Agnes M. Conway. She was a retired medical secretary at the Anoka Metro Regional Treatment Center for 34 years. 
She is survived by her husband, E.F. “Buster” LaTuff; daughters, Melanie Willson (Ben Collins), Melissa (Bruce) West; son, Mark (Bobbie) LaTuff; grandchildren, Matthew West, Jared and Devin Willson, Jessica LaTuff, Austin Collins; and sister, Jeanette Larson. 
She was preceded in death by her parents. 
Interment was at Calvary Cemetery, Anoka. Arrangements were by Thurston-Lindberg Funeral Home. 

Andrew Mollner 
Funeral services for Andrew R. Mollner, 74, Anoka, took place April 19 at Thurston-Lindberg Funeral Home, Anoka. Rev. Liane Rock officiated. 
Mollner died April 16. He was born May 20, 1927 in Minneapolis to Andrew S. and Lucille J. (Snow) Mollner. He was a veteran of the Coast Guard and retired switchman for Burlington-Northern Railroad. 
He is survived by his daughters, Sandra Swanson and Barbara (Ron) Odegaard; grandchildren, Aaron, Bonnie and Paula Swanson; brother, Tom (Pat) Mollner; stepchildren, David (Crystal) Androli, Lucy (Jack) Swedlund, stepgrandchildren, Jonathan, William and Franklin Androli; nephews, Scott, Gregg and Jeffery Mollner; and son-in-law, Lee Swanson. 
He was preceded in death by his wife, Myrtle. 
Pallbearers were Duwayne Stensby, David Androli, Art Mortenson, Jerry and Sue Isaacson, and Steve Anderson.

Hannah Nelson 
Memorial services for Hannah Sell Nelson, 86, Mancos, Calif., formerly of Anoka, will take place tomorrow (Saturday, April 27) at St. Barnabas of the Valley Episcopal Church. 
Nelson died March 4 at the Valley Inn Nursing Home, Mancos, Calif. She was born Aug. 15, 1915 in Terry, Mont., to Frank and Minnie (Wilberg) Sell. She grew up in Anoka and graduated from Anoka High School. 
She is survived by her stepdaughters, Connie Walker and Dick Young of Washington, N.C., and Helen and Carl Wettlaufer of Park Rapids; and several nieces and nephews. 
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Gustav; one stepdaughter; and brothers, Irving and Oscar Sell. 
Arrangements are by the Ertel Funeral Home. 

Jay Olson 
Funeral services for Jay Peter Olson, 91, Idaho Falls, Idaho, formerly of Anoka, took place April 23 at Bethel Lutheran Church, Hudson, Wis. 
Olson died April 18 at Good Samaritan Care Center, Idaho Falls. He was born April 20, 1910 in Rush River, Wis., to Ole G. and Louis Sophia Larson Olson. 
He is survived by his daughter, Diane (Gary) Mondell of Idaho Falls; son, Jay Paul (Colleen) Olson of Shakopee; sister, Jeanne Bailey of Hudson; 10 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. 
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mabel; son, Charles; his parents; two brothers and their wives; one sister; and one granddaughter. 
Interment was at Woodside Cemetery, Baldwin, Wis. Arrangements were by the O’Connell Family Funeral Home Hudson. 

Donavan Ostman 
Donavan D. Ostman, 65, Fridley, died April 15 at Park River Estates Care Center, Coon Rapids. He was born Feb. 13, 1937 in Minneapolis and was retired from Onan Manufacturing. 
He is survived by his daughters, Julie Ostman and Margaret Ostman-Tarzwell; son, Curt Ostman; grandchildren, Michael, Mark, Derek and Tana; four sisters; and nieces and nephews. 
He was preceded in death by his parents, Maurice and Bernice. 
Interment was private. Arrangements were by Washburn-McReavy Seman Chapel, Coon Rapids. 

Dolores Powell 
Funeral services for Dolores E. Powell, 88, Anoka, took place April 22 at Epiphany Catholic Church, Coon Rapids. Rev. Bernard Reiser officiated. 
Powell died April 15 at Anoka Care Center. She was born Dec. 21, 1913 in Princeton to Frank C. and Orvilla M. (Gelinas) Bibeau. She was a retired nurses aid at the former Anoka State Hospital. 
She is survived by her children, Dale (Lois), Rita (Art) Hoffman, Neil (Dinah); 12 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; brother, Eugene Pratt; sister, Framces Schoen; and other relatives and friends. 
She was preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Neil Pratt. 
Pallbearer was Rita Hoffman. 
Interment was at Calvary Cemetery, Anoka. Arrangements were by Thurston-Lindberg Funeral Home, Anoka. 

Peggy Sparrow

Sparrow died April 11 in Orange, Calif. She was born Jan. 18, 1918 in Winona. 
She is survived by her children, Candace Kahn, Timothy Sparrow, Laurel Sparrow and husband Daniel Kratz, John Sparrow and Peter Sparrow; grandchildren, Eric and Lisa Kahn, Stacie Welch and husband Patrick, Kathleen and Teresa Sparrow, Jamie and Christopher Means, and Kevin Sparrow; great-grandchildren, Karissa, Kaleigh and Skyler Means, Chloe Sparrow, Michael and Robert Welsh; and sister, Elizabeth Wilson and husband George. 
She was preceded in death by her husbands, Morris A. Sparrow and Robert Baker. 

Donald Walter 
Memorial services for Donald E. Walter, 70, Coon Rapids, took place April 23 at Washburn-McReavy Seman Chapel, Coon Rapids. 
Walter died April 18. He was born April 24, 1931 and was retired operations manager for Montgomery Ward, where he was employed for 31 years He served three years in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. 
He is survived by his wife, Bev; daughter, Karen; sons, David (Debra), Ronald, Kenneth, Patrick (Angela); and six grandchildren. 
He wa preceded in death by his grandson, Riley. 
Interment was private. Arrangements were by Washburn-McReavy Seman Chapel. 
 

Alvina Wichmann 
Funeral services for Alvina J. Wichmann, 85, Coon Rapids, took place April 19 at Epiphany Catholic Church, Coon Rapids. Rev. Bernard Reiser officiated. 
Wichmann died April 16 at Crystal Lake Good Samaritan, Robbinsdale. She was born Jan. 5, 1917 in Canada. 
She is survived by her husband, Kenneth; son, Kenneth (Jean); daughter, Patricia Coty; grandchildren, Timothy, Jeffrey, Joann, Deborah, Lisa and Susan; great-grandchildren, Melissa, Alison, Miles, Anthony and Emma; and sister, Mary Gustafson and Emma Kile. 
She was preceded in death by her brothers, Claude, Leander and Edwin Thull; and sister, Loretta Thull. 
Pallbearers were Timothy, Jeffrey, Lisa and Susan Wichmann, Joann Ravenna and Deborah Carter. 
Interment was at Benton County Cemetery, Sauk Rapids. Arrangements were by Washburn-McReavy Seman Chapel, Coon Rapids.
