Mary Hagler
Memorial services for Mary Myatt Shive Hagler, 92, of Lubbock will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in Neil Chapel of Carillon with the Rev. John Riches, pastor of First Presbyterian Church, and the Rev. Ron Wood, pastor of First Presbyterian Church of Lubbock, officiating.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Eastview Cemetery in Vernon with the Rev. Darrell Patterson, pastor of First United Methodist Church in Vernon, officiating.
Services are under direction of Sanders Funeral Home of Lubbock.
She died Sunday, Dec. 7, 1997, in Carillon Health Center.
She was born Feb. 13, 1905, in Vernon. She moved to Lubbock from Littlefield in 1988. She married J.D. Hagler in 1927, in Vernon. He died Nov. 8, 1979. She graduated from Vernon High School and attended Gulfpark College in Gulfport, Miss. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church.
She was a homemaker.
Survivors include a brother, Thomas H. Shive of Lubbock.
The family suggests memorials to a favorite charity.


Joshua David Hagler, 18, St. Augustine, died Oct. 23, 2000, from injuries sustained in a automobile accident. He was born in St. Louis, Mo., and he had resided in St. Augustine since 1998. He was a student the Evelyn Hamblen Cemter.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. today at Craig Funeral Home chapel, with the Rev. David Shokes officiating.
Survivors include his mother, Vicki Johnson, St. Louis; his father and stepmother, Jay and Sally Hagler, St. Augustine; one brother, Brian Keith Hagler, St. Louis; maternal grandparents, George Sturgeon, Manchester, Mo., and the late Lila Sturgeon; and his paternal grandparents, Jack and Norma Hagler, Park Hills, Mo., Bernice Hagler, Festus, Mo.
Craig Funeral Home is in charge.


CLARENCE HAGLER JR.
Clarence Hagler Jr., 74, of Howell, died April 26 at home.
He was born March 6, 1924, in Divernon, Ill., the son of Clarence and Germaine (Lengrand) Hagler, Sr. He married Delores Rose in Detroit on Sept. 11, 1948, and she survives.
Mr. Hagler graduated from Highland Park High School in 1942 and attended Highland Park Community College for two years. He came to the community in 1970 from Highland Park and was a maintenance and grounds supervisor for Howell Public Schools for 20 years.
Mr. Hagler was a life member Fowlerville VFW, member of the Howell Public Schools Board of Education for the past eight years, retired as lieutenant with the Highland Park Fire Department after 25 years, and served with the U.S. Air Force B-59 crew in the South Pacific during World War II being discharged Dec. 3, 1945.
Survivors include two sons, Gary Hagler and Michael Hagler, both of Howell; three daughters, Donna Stewart of Howell, Sandra Erwin of Fowlerville and Debra Fournier of Brighton; 14 grandchilden and three great-grandchildren; and one sister, Margaret Leaman of Warren.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Vickie Hagler, on June 30, 1990.
Funeral services will be Thursday, April 30, 11 a.m., at Grace Lutheran Church, Howell, the Rev. Luther Siefkes, Grace Lutheran Church, and the Rev. Richard Walston, St. John Lutheran Church, Fowlerville, officiating. Burial will be at Lakeside Cemetery in Marion Township.
Memorial contributions may be made to Livingston Community Hospice or American Cancer Society and envelopes are available at MacDonald's Funeral Home in Howell.


Willie Lee Hagler
Long time Cushing resident Willie Lee Hagler, 67, died Thursday, Sept. 21, 2000, in the Resthaven Nursing Home in Cushing.
Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. Friday in the First Baptist Church North, 1001 North Central, with Rev. James Manuel Jr. officiating.
Services are under the direction of Davis Funeral Home.
He was born on Feb. 17, 1933, in Beggs to James and Mary (Joseph) Hagler.
He married Ella Neal Roland in 1952.
He worked at the Cushing Country Club until he retired in 1981.
He was predeceased by his wife, his parents, two sisters, one brother, one uncle and two aunts.
Survivors include two brothers, Hermon and Lonnie Hagler, both of Cushing; two sisters, Rosie Martin and Catherine Shinault, both of Cushing; three sons, Terry Hagler, of Bristow, Willie Hagler Jr. and Stevie Hagler, both of Phoenix, Ariz.; three daughters, Theresa Hagler and Elain Hagler, both of Phoenix, Ariz., and Heather Hagler, of Cushing; five grandchildren, Nathan, Richard, Robert, Andrea and Latisha Hagler, all of Phoenix, Ariz.; and several nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
