A service was held this afternoon at the Carney-Frost Funeral Home in Lagrange. A service also will be held at 3:30 p.m. Friday at the Roselawn Memorial Park Chapel, LaSalle, with the Rev. Roy Clark of the First Baptist Church, Temperance, officiating.

JACKSONVILLE, Ark. -- Harlan L. (Clyde) Sliger Sr., 60, of Jacksonville, who has relatives in Monroe, died Tuesday in a Little Rock, Ark., hospital. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at the Griffin Leggett Rest Hills Chapel, 7724 Landers Rd., North Little Rock, with the Rev. Jerry Burns officiating. Interment will be in Rest Hills Memorial Park.
