J. Ryan of Belchertown, Walter V. Ryan of Milton, Dorothy E. Skelly of
Sutton, Gregory L. Ryan of S. Yarmouth and the late Marilyn T. Gibson.
She was the sister of Florence McKenna of W. Roxbury, Thomas Wells of Holliston,
Mary E. Cahill of RI, William Wells of RI, James Wells of Walpole, Leo
Wells of Pocasset, Joan Phillips of Plainville, Claire Sloane of W. Roxbury
and the late Charles Wells, Edward M. Wells, Jr., Anna Norton, Walter Wells
and Margaret Gobbi. She also leaves 18 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
GEORGE W. WELCH, JR.
Military services were held at the Mass. National Cemetery, Bourne, for George W. Welch, Jr. He was the son of the late George W. and Annie R. (Fuch) Welch of Boston and the brother of William Welch, Eleanor Ford, Beatrice Bunting, all of South Boston and the late Laura Bickford of Charlestown, Anna Cuccio of South Boston, Dorothy of Randolph and Bernard Welch of Bedford. He also leaves numerous nieces and nephews. IOANNIS KATIKAKIS A funeral service was held on Tuesday, June 4, 2002 at St. Mark’s of
Ephesus Orthodox Cathedral, Roslindale, for Ioannis “John” Katikakis. He
was the husband of Zoi Katikakis and the father of Kostas, Yannis “John”
and Stylianos Katikakis, all of South Boston. He was the brother of Nikos
Katikakis, Pauline Georgiadou, Pope Arvanitaki and Loula Skordeliki, all
of Greece.
TIMOTHY J. KENNEY
Timothy J. Kenney was the son of the late Francis and Helen (Donovan).
He leaves many uncles and cousins.
JOHN J. MCDONALD
A funeral mass was said on Friday, May 31, 2002 at St. Monica’s Church
for John J. “Jake” McDonald. He was the husband of Frances B. (O’Neil)
McDonald and the father of Bridget A. McDonald and the late John J., Jr.
and Michelle F. McDonald. He was the brother of Rita and the late Pat.
WILLIAM GERARD NORRIS
A memorial service will be held at a later date for William Gerard Norris.
He was the husband of Audrey Mae Atherton and the father of William M.
Norris of FL, Jeri Rhodes of MD, Robert Norris of VA and Sue Anne Roddy
of MD. He was the son of Murray Michael Norris and Agnes Rita Moakley.
He also leaves 12 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

Church for Helen T. Stack. She was the wife of the late Thomas and the
mother of Edward, Stephen, Kenneth, Bruce, Diane, Linda, Deborah, Lisa
and the late David. She was the sister of Dorothy. She also leaves 12 grandchildren.
MARGARET TRAMONTE
A funeral mass was said on Friday, May 31, 2002 at the Star of the Sea
Church, Squantum, for Margaret (Tuohy) Tramonte. She was the wife of Alfred
F. Tramonte of Quincy and the mother of Alfred J. of Dorchester and Robert
J. of Quincy. She was the sister of Mary Pembroke of Pembroke and the late
John, William, James, Frank and Tommy Tuohy.
