BAINES -- In Wilmington, Sept. 28, 2002, Victor Baines, 83, of County Club Heights, Woburn, formerly of Atlantic Heights, N.J., husband of the late Marie (Sanukewich) Baines. A memorial service will be held Saturday, Oct. 6, at 11 a.m. in All Saints Memorial Episcopal Church in Navesink, N.J., followed by interment. DOYLE -- Newburyport native, Sept. 30, the Rev. Daniel J. Doyle, 78 years, retired pastor and priest for 54 years, of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Boston. Son of the late John R. and Mary E. "Mollie" (Leary) Doyle. Brother of Margaret M. (Mrs. George) Duffy of Seabrook Beach, N.H., Jeremiah W. Doyle of Newburyport and John R. Doyle Jr. of North Andover. Uncle of Maryellen Duffy-Cabana, Geraldine A. Carter, John J. Doyle, Jeremiah W. Doyle Jr., Dr. Daniel M. Doyle, Mary Elizabeth Foster, John R. Doyle III, Kathleen Twombly and the late Cmdr. Michael W. Doyle, USN. Also survived by many grandnieces and grandnephews, and the priests, sisters and brothers of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Boston. Father Doyle will lie in state in Immaculate Conception Church, Green Street, Newburyport, on Thursday, Oct. 3, from 3 to 8 p.m. A funeral Mass will be celebrated in the church on Friday, Oct. 4, at 10 a.m. Burial in the Doyle family lot of St. Mary's Cemetery, Newburyport.
