fatal accident occurred on Monday morning when Rev. Ballew who
traveling east bound on Hwy. attempted slow down after passing an escort
truck losing control Olds Cutlass on wet roadway. vehicle
rotated several times before striking front Chevrolet truck

Ballew's vehicle traveled over embankment struck tree according
