SOUTH BEND--Denise (Kisrow) Baughman, 41, of Ruth Avenue, died Wednesday in Memorial Hospital. The cause of death is under investigation by the St. Joseph County Coroner's Office. Survivors include two daughters, Jennifer Sailors and Ashley Emler, both of South Bend; two sons, Shane Packer and Lucas Packer, both of South Bend; her parents, Dorothy Olson of South Bend and Lee Kisrow of Lake Hills, Fla.; three sisters, Kay Moss of Elkhart, Stephanie Kinsella of Clearwater, Fla., and Karen Minor of Osceola; and four brothers, Arthur Kisrow of Collinsville, Ill., Michael Siade of South Bend and Vincent Kisrow and Anthony Kisrow, both of Mishawaka. Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in Guisinger Colonial Chapel Funeral Home, where friends may call two hours before services. 

Nancy T. Ervin

SOUTH BEND--Nancy T. Ervin, 61, of Humboldt Street, died Tuesday in Memorial Hospital after an illness. She is survived by a son, Laddie B. of San Jose, Calif.; a sister, Jan C. Blazi of South Bend; and a brother, Geoffery R. Trace of San Diego. Memorial services will be at 7 p.m. Monday in Hickey Funeral Home, 17131 Cleveland Road. There will be no visitation.

SOUTH BEND--Jerome H. Hayes, 61, of 628 W. Western Ave., died Monday in his home of natural causes. Survivors include his wife, Bernice of Memphis, Tenn.; a son, Jerome H. Jr. of South Bend; his mother, Ann Sundgren of Scotts Valley, Calif.; and two sisters, Virginia Briggins of South Bend and Julia Armstrong-Zwart of Santa Cruz, Calif. Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in Clark Funeral Chapel. There will be no visitation.

MISHAWAKA--Elizabeth A. Hensley, 83, of Fountainview Health Care Center, died Thursday in the center. She is survived by a sister, Phoebe Slayer of Walkerton. Graveside services will be at 1:30 p.m. today in Fairview Cemetery. There is no visitation. Bubb Funeral Chapel North is handling arrangements.

SOUTH BEND--Michael F. Kelley, 52, of Middleburg, Fla., formerly of South Bend, died Tuesday in Orange Park (Fla.) Medical Center, after an apparent heart attack. Survivors include his wife, Sarah; his mother, Clare Kelley of Lake Worth, Fla.; and two sisters, Judy and Kathy. Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in Holly Hill Funeral Home, Middleburg, where friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. today.

MISHAWAKA--Andrew James Mitchell-Donahoe, infant son of Piper Marie Mitchell and Scott James Donahoe, of 4500 Hickory Road, was dead at birth Tuesday in Memorial Hospital, South Bend. Private graveside services will be held today. Halbritter Funeral Home is handling arrangements.

Survivors include his wife, Dorothy (Sanders) King-Morrow; a daughter, Brenda Jean Church of Cheyenne, Wyo.; two sons, Dannie E. of Niles and John F. of Mishawaka; two sisters, Lucille Poque of Mishawaka and Exah McMinnimen of Paragould, Ark.; and two brothers, Ellis of Paragould and Billy Joe of Fort Worth, Texas. SOUTH BEND--Daniel L. O'Donnell, 60, of Terre Haute, Ind., formerly of South Bend, died Monday in Columbia Regional Hospital, Terre Haute. Survivors include his wife, Wanda L.; three daughters, Peggy Cox of Indianapolis, Patty Hoover of Middlebury and Kathy Borowicz of Stephen, Minn.; a sister, Sue Slater of Nappanee; and a brother, Larry "Mickey" of Los Angeles.
