PORT ST. LUCIE - Joseph S. Armour, 63, of Port St. Lucie died Tuesday, Sept. 12, 2000, at his home.
A native of Brooklyn, N.Y., he lived in Port St. Lucie for 20 years. He moved here from Northport, N.Y.
He was a vice president at an electronics company.
Survivors include his wife of 42 years, Margaret Armour of Port St. Lucie; two sons, Thomas Joseph Armour of Orlando and Joseph William Armour of Brooklyn; and a grandchild.

Keirra D. Berry
FORT PIERCE - Keirra D. Berry, 11, of Fort Pierce died Sunday, Sept. 10, 2000, in Vero Beach.
A native of Elmhurst, Ill., she lived in Fort Pierce for two years. She moved here from Garden Grove, Calif.
She was a student at Forest Grove Middle School, Fort Pierce.
She enjoyed music and basketball.
Survivors include her mother, Theresa Berry of Fort Pierce; her father, Keri Berry of California; a brother, Zechariah Berry of Fort Pierce; maternal grandmother, Carolyn Fells of Fort Pierce; maternal grandfather, Herbert Shuster of Indiana; and a maternal step-grandfather, Roy Fells of Fort Pierce.
Friends may call from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 16, at Yates Funeral Home, Fort Pierce.
A service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home. The Rev. Michael Cloyd will officiate.
Burial will be in Riverview Memorial Park, Fort Pierce.

Robert H. Cobb
PORT ST. LUCIE - Robert H. Cobb, 71, of Port St. Lucie died Tuesday, Sept. 12, 2000, at his home.
A native of Rochester, Mass., he lived in Port St. Lucie for nine years. He moved here from Marathon, Fla.
He was a concrete truck driver.
He served in the Army.
Survivors include his wife of five months, Linda Cobb of Port St. Lucie; three daughters, Jennifer Teixeira and husband Paul of Port St. Lucie, Jane Cabral and husband Eddie of Fairhaven, Mass., and Cindy Eugenio and husband Dan of Marathon; a son, Robert Cobb Jr. of Key West; a brother, Reginald Cobb of Marathon; and three grandchildren.

Alta Crandall
STUART - Alta Crandall, 90, of Stuart died Thursday, Sept. 14, 2000, at Hospice of Martin & St. Lucie Residence, Stuart.
A native of Oneonta, N.Y., she lived in Stuart for three years. She moved here from Oneonta.
She was a member of Elm Park United Methodist Church of Oneonta.
She was predeceased by her husband, A. Raymond Crandall.
Survivors include a son, Wayne Crandall of Columbiaville, N.Y.; and a grandson, Gregory Crandall.
A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 16, at Wallace & White Funeral Home chapel, Stuart. The Rev. Les Koerselman will officiate.
Inurnment will be in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Palm City.

Milton Dickerson
JENSEN BEACH - Milton "Bart" Dickerson, 85, of Jensen Beach died Monday, Sept. 11, 2000, at Hospice of Martin & St. Lucie Residence, Stuart.
Before retirement, he was a business law professor at Michigan State University, East Lansing, for 40 years. He was an associate dean for graduate studies, vice president of student affairs and dean of students during his tenure. He also taught MSU business and law students at Erasmus University in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
He was a member of the Michigan Bar.
At MSU, he was president of the Faculty Club, the Association of University Professors, national president of the American Business Law Association, and a member of the Faculty Athletic Council.
He was director of ticket sales at the Lyric Theatre and treasurer of the Martin County Audubon Society.
He earned his undergraduate and MA degrees from Michigan State University and law degree from the University of Michigan.
He was an avid golfer and sports fan.
Survivors include his wife of 63 years, Jane Dickerson of Jensen Beach, a brother and two sisters.

Grady Lawrence
FORT PIERCE - Grady Lawrence, 90, of Fort Pierce died Thursday, Sept. 14, 2000, in Lawnwood Regional Medical Center.
A native of Burk County, Ga., he was a longtime resident of Fort Pierce.
Before retirement, he was a Fort Pierce city worker for several years.
He was a member of Mount Olive Baptist Church, Fort Pierce.
Survivors include a daughter, Ruth L. McGill of Tallahassee; and a grandson, Xavier McGill of Tallahassee.
Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today at Aycock Funeral Home, Fort Pierce.
A service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 16, at the funeral home chapel.
Burial will be in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Fort Pierce.

Amelia H. Lewis
FORT PIERCE - Amelia H. Lewis, 87, of Fort Pierce died Wednesday, Sept. 13, 2000.
A native of Stuart, she lived in Fort Pierce for 65 years. She moved here from Stuart.
She was a homemaker.
She was a member of Indian River Presbyterian Church, Fort Pierce.
She was a member of the St. Lucie County Historical Society.
She was predeceased by her first husband, Ira Rickerson, and her second husband, L.E. Lewis.
Survivors include a son, Parnell A. Rickerson of Monterey, Calif.; a daughter, Millie Hill of Fort Pierce; a brother, Clarence Hall of Stuart; and several grandchildren.
A graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 16, in White City Cemetery. The Rev. Dale Ingersoll of Westside Baptist Church will officiate.

Richard Alan Messer
PORT ST. LUCIE - Richard Alan "Rick" Messer, 49, of Port St. Lucie died Saturday, Sept. 9, 2000.
He was a native of Orlando.
He was senior vice president of consumer lending at Riverside National Bank, Fort Pierce.
He served in the Navy.
He was of the Baptist faith.
He was a member of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity, Orange Park Golf and Country Club, UCF Alumni Association and the University of South Florida Alumni Association.
Survivors include his wife, Donna Harnois Messer of Port St. Lucie; two daughters, Richelle Messer of Port St. Lucie and Rebekah Messer of Orlando; his parents, Connie and Travis Messer of Tavares, Fla.; and a sister, Pam Cunningham of Calhoun, Ga.

Donald W. Ryan
PORT ST. LUCIE - Donald W. Ryan, 76, of Port St. Lucie died Wednesday, Sept. 13, 2000, in Lawnwood Regional Medical Center, Fort Pierce.
A native of New Britain, Conn., he lived in Port St. Lucie for 20 years. He moved here from Townsend, Vt.
He owned Camperama, Fort Pierce for 20 years.
He served in the Army Air Forces, 9th Air Force during World War II.
He was a member of the Legacy Country Club.
Survivors include his wife of 48 years, Margaret E. Ryan of Port St. Lucie; two sons, Royal E. Grant III and wife Susan of Felton, Del., and Peter W. Ryan of Fort Pierce; two daughters, Donna M. Kuncio and husband David of Wyckoff, N.J., and Betsy M. Ryan of Fort Pierce; and three grandchildren.
The service will be private.
Arrangements are under the direction of Young and Prill Funeral Home, Port St. Lucie.

Ralph William Scholl
FORT PIERCE - Ralph William Scholl, 66, of Fort Pierce died Wednesday, Sept. 13, 2000, in Lawnwood Regional Medical Center.
A native of Butler, Pa., he lived in Fort Pierce for 20 years.
Before retirement, he was a truck driver.
He was of the Lutheran faith.
He enjoyed model trains.
Survivors include two daugh- ters, Kimberly White of Vero Beach and Tarin Lawrence and husband Peter of St. Petersburg; and four grandchildren.

Sarah K. Williams
PORT ST. LUCIE - Sarah K. "Braun" Williams, 35, of Port St. Lucie died Sunday, Sept. 10, 2000, at her home.
A native of Norwich, Vt., she lived in the area for three years.
She was a computer software specialist.
Survivors include her parents, Kathleen and Charles Braun of Norwich; a brother, David C. Braun and wife Michele of Montpelier, Vt.; and her companion, Charles "Rocky" Langston of Port St. Lucie.

PORT ST. LUCIE - Cyril R. Amerman, 91, of Port St. Lucie died Tuesday, April 13, 1999, at Mariner Health Center.
He was a native of Belleville, Mich.
He was a quality control supervisor with Ford Motor Co.
He made grandfather clocks and enjoyed gardening and repairing cars and trucks.
He was predeceased by his wife, Maud, on Aug. 9, 1991.
Survivors include two sisters- in-law, Margaret Simpson of Harrison, Mich., and Frances Simpson of Coral Springs, Fla.; and a nephew, Robert Simpson and wife Delores of Fort Pierce.
Services will be Saturday, April 17, at David C. Brown Funeral Home, Belleville.
Burial will be in Union-Udell Cemetery, Ypsilanti Township, Mich.

Donald E. Houldsworth
STUART - Donald E. Houldsworth, 58, of Stuart died Wednesday, April 14, 1999, in Martin Memorial Medical Center.
A native of Montreal, Canada, he lived in Stuart for 19 years. He moved here from Miami.
He worked for Florida Power and Light Co. for 18 years.
He served in the Navy for 20 years.
He was of the Protestant faith.
Survivors include his fiancee, Lenora Beebee of Stuart; two daughters, Renee Dillard and Chrissy Marie Houldsworth, both of Melbourne; a son, Donald Houldsworth of North Carolina; his mother, Beatrice Houldsworth of Miami; a sister, Linda Gergley of Tennessee; and five grandchildren.
A service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, April 17, at Wallace & White Funeral Home chapel, Stuart. The Rev. James Minshew of St. Luke's Episcopal Church will officiate.
Inurnment will be in Fernhill Memorial Gardens, Stuart.

Carrie Lee Howard
FORT MYERS - Carrie Lee Howard, 46, formerly of Hobe Sound, died Tuesday, April 13, 1999, at her home.
A native of Olanta, S.C., she lived in Fort Myers.
She was a production laborer with Sims Portex, Fort Myers.
Survivors include her parents, Carol and Ruby McFadden of Hobe Sound; two sons, Joe Louis Hatcher of Riviera Beach and Gerrick McFadden of Fort Myers; a daughter, Ersala Morrow of Riviera Beach; a brother, John Carol McFadden of Stuart; three sisters, Patricia Ann McFadden of Hobe Sound, Rebecca Ann McFadden of Fayetteville, N.C., and Carolyn Thomas of Fort Myers; and a grandchild.
Friends may call from noon to 1 p.m. Saturday, April 17, at New Allen Temple AME Church, Hobe Sound.
A service will follow at the church. The Rev. Spencer Preston will officiate.
Burial will be in Hobe Sound Cemetery.

FORT PIERCE - Robert E. Mark, 75, of Fort Pierce died Tuesday, April 13, 1999, in Martin Memorial Hospital South, Port Salerno.
A native of Chicago, he lived in Fort Pierce for three years. He moved here from Palm City.
He was the vice president of a wire manufacturing company.
He served in the Army Air Forces during World War II. He received the Asiatic-Pacific Theater Ribbon with four bronze stars, EAME Ribbon, American Theater Ribbon and World War II Victory Medal.
He enjoyed fishing, traveling and playing cards.
Survivors include his wife, Deloris Mark of Fort Pierce; two daughters, Kathryn Hollstein and husband Guy of Anchorage, Alaska, and Debra Werdell and husband Rob of Edmonds, Wash.; a son, Richard Mark of Durant, Okla.; eight grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 17, at All County Funeral Home & Crematory Treasure Coast Chapel, Stuart.

FORT PIERCE - Zabell Pashaian, 86, of Fort Pierce died April 8, 1999, in a local hospital.
A native of Cesaria, Turkey, she lived in Fort Pierce for 18 years. She moved here from Bethel, Conn.
She was the owner of a wholesale tobacco and candy company.
She was a member of Pinecrest Congregation Jehovah's Witnesses.
Survivors include her husband, Harry Pashaian of Fort Pierce; a son, Larry Pashaian of Rockville Center, N.Y.; a brother; two sisters; and a grandson.
A memorial service will be at 4 p.m. Sunday, April 18, at Kingdom Hall, Fort Pierce. Brother Charles Maxwell will officiate.

Paul Mike Reeb
PORT ST. LUCIE - Paul Mike Reeb, 86, of Port St. Lucie died Wednesday, April 14, 1999, in St. Lucie Medical Center.
A native of Springfield, Ohio, he lived in Port St. Lucie for 27 years. He moved here from Dearborn, Mich.
He was a vice mayor of Port St. Lucie.
Before retirement, he was computer operations supervisor with Chrysler Corp., Detroit, for 36 years.
He was a member of St. Lucie Catholic Church, Port St. Lucie.
He was commodore of Port St. Lucie Yacht Club, director of Port St. Lucie Volunteer Ambulance Service, Port St. Lucie Bank and Indian River Community College. He was on the board of directors of Port St. Lucie Community Center. He was a member of Sandpiper Bay Men's Golf Association.
Survivors include his wife, Leona Reeb of Port St. Lucie; two sons, Michael Reeb of Port St. Lucie and Charles Reeb and wife Patricia of Canton, Mich.; four grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, April 18, at Aycock Funeral Home, Port St. Lucie. A prayer service will be at 7:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
A Mass will be celebrated at 9:30 a.m. Monday, April 19, at St. Lucie Catholic Church.

Robert Smithem
STUART - Robert Smithem of Stuart died Feb. 3, 1999, in Buffalo, N.Y.
He served in the Army during World War II.
He was a member of the Buffalo Club, Stuart.
Survivors include two daughters, Deborah Werner and husband Paul and Sharon Brown and husband Lee; a brother, Harry A. Smithem and wife Marti; a sister, Elizabeth Minock; and five grandchildren.

STUART - Helen E. Strong, 95, of Stuart died Wednesday, April 14, 1999, at her home.
A native of Springfield, Mass., she lived in Stuart for eight years.
Before retirement, she was a secretary with Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company, Springfield, for 40 years.
She was a member of Eastern Star, Springfield.
Survivors include seven cousins, Gladys Vaughan of Stuart, Roberta Potter of Canandaigua, N.Y., Dona Robinson of Monroe, Conn., Eleanor Medovich of Quakertown, Pa., Barbara Parshley of Portland, Ore., and Donald Vaughan of Hillsdale, Mich.

Before retirement, he was a mechanic with Ohio Department of Highways.
He was a member of St. Lucie Catholic Church, Port St. Lucie.
He was a member of Loyal Order of Moose 513, Port St. Lucie; Port St. Lucie Shuffleboard Club; and Riverpark Bowling League.
Survivors include his wife of 67 years, Eleanor Vick of Port St. Lucie; a son, Ronald Vick and wife Kathy of Kirkland, Ohio; a daughter, Patricia Derby and husband James of Ellington, Fla.; three brothers, Edward and Ted Vick, both of Arizona, and Joe Vick of New Jersey; a sister, Mary Budinisky of Albion;four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Entombment will be in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens Mausoleum, Fort Pierce.

PORT ST. LUCIE - David J. Wilcox 37, of Port St. Lucie died Tuesday, April 13, 1999, in Fort Lauderdale.
A native of Rhode Island, he lived in Port St. Lucie for 13 years. He moved here from Rhode Island.
He served in the Air Force.
He was a self-employed construction contractor.
