Survivors include her husband of 50 years, Herbert Carlton of Port St. Lucie; six sons, Mark Carlton of Free Springs, Pa., Robert Carlton of Syracuse, N.Y., Randy Carlton of Port St. Lucie, Gary Carlton of Phoenix, Greg Carlton of Cincinnati and James Carlton of San Francisco; 13 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

STUART - Arlene G. Dansbury, 58, of Stuart died Saturday, Aug. 12, 2000, in Martin Memorial Medical Center South, Port Salerno.
A native of Trenton, N.J., she was a resident of Stuart and a former resident of Port St. Lucie for 15 years. She moved here from Trenton.
She was a homemaker.
She was of the Catholic faith.
Survivors include her mother, Anita Immroth of Robbinsville, N.J.; two sons, Raymond F. Harper IV of Trenton and David J. Harper of Stuart; two daughters, Deborah Harper of Pittsburgh and Angela B. Crews of Stuart; a sister, Kathleen Romeo of Robbinsville; and eight grandchildren.
A memorial Mass will be celebrated in New Jersey.
Inurnment will be at Lady of Lourdes in Trenton.

STUART - Evelyn Y. "Roxie" Fowler, 95, died Friday, Aug. 11, 2000, at the Greenwood Terrace Nursing Home, Swansea, Ill.
A native of Louisville, Ky., she lived for several months in Swansea and had been a resident of Stuart for more than 30 years. She moved here from Sterling Heights, Mich.
Before retirement, she was a waitress.
She was predeceased by her husbands, Al Ferah and Arthur Fowler.

A service will be at 11 a.m., Wednesday, Aug. 16, at the funeral home.

FORT PIERCE - Arthur L. Mead, 60, of Fort Pierce died Friday, Aug. 11, 2000, in a local hospital.
A native of Glen Falls, N.Y., he lived in Fort Pierce for 20 years. He moved here from Glen Falls.
He was a mechanic.
He served in the Navy.
He enjoyed boats, auto racing and boxing.
Survivors include his wife, Dianne Mead of Fort Pierce; and two sons, Jerry and Daniel Mead, both of Fort Pierce.
A service will be at a later date.

Josephine Pepe
PORT ST. LUCIE - Josephine Anna Pepe, 72, of Port St. Lucie died Saturday, Aug. 12, 2000, at her home.
A native of New Haven, Conn., she lived in Port St. Lucie for 36 years. She moved here from Connecticut.
Before retirement, she was a secretary for 15 years in pest control and insurance businesses.
She was a member of Grace Family Church, Port St. Lucie.
Survivors include her husband of 51 years, Emileo Pepe of Port St. Lucie; two daughters, Debra J. O'Donnell and husband Danny of Fort Lauderdale, and Pamela Rapuano of Port St. Lucie; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
A service will be at 7 p.m. today at Grace Family Church, Port St. Lucie. The Rev. Jeff Steffel will officiate.
Burial will be Tuesday, Aug. 15, in Our Lady Queen of Heaven Cemetery, North Lauderdale.

Before retirement, she was a department manager with Turtle Law Print, Rutland for 15 years.
She was predeceased by her husband, Norman G. Byron.
Survivors include a son, Robert M. Byron of Jensen Beach; and a grandson, Stephen M. Byron.

PORT ST. LUCIE - Nancy Ann Dunkle, 66, of Port St. Lucie died Tuesday, Sept. 12, 2000, at her home.
A native of Williamsport, Pa., she lived in Port St. Lucie for 10 years. She moved here from Pitts- burgh.
She worked in the Messer and Ray attorney office, Port St. Lucie. She was an administrative secretary for Joseph Keppel & Son, Moon Township, Pa., for 20 years.
She was a member of Hope Lutheran Church, Port St. Lucie.
Survivors include her husband, Ralph H. Dunkle Jr. of Port St. Lucie; two daughters, Susan Dunkle-Bermudez and husband Angel of Palm Beach Gardens and Barbara Dunkle-Eberle and husband David of Pittsburgh; and two grandchildren.

Oscar J. Krumfolz
CHELMSFORD, Mass. - Oscar J. Krumfolz, 72, of Chelmsford died Tuesday, Sept. 12, 2000, in Lowell General Hospital, Lowell, Mass.
He was a native of Woodhaven, he lived in Chelmsford for six years.
He served aboard the USS Wasp and the USS Bon Homme Richard during World War II, then continued to serve in the Navy Reserve until 1959.
He was a self-employed upholsterer.
He was a past junior vice commander for Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 4707, Port Jefferson Station, N.Y., and a member of Unity Post 1570, New York. He was also a past commander of VFW Post 1812, Maynard.
He enjoyed fishing and golfing.
Survivors include his wife of more than 50 years, Pat Meagher Krumfolz; two sons, Stephen Krumfolz of Stuart and Philip Krumfolz of Massachusetts; two daughters, Susan Tkacik of Maine and Kristine Melvin of Massachusetts; a sister, Gloria Collins of New York; a brother, Richard Krumfolz of New York; and eight grandchildren.
A funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday, Sept. 15, in Stow, Mass.
Burial will be in the VA National Cemetery of Massachusetts, Bourne.

PORT ST. LUCIE - Loring S. Kuhlewind, 80, of Port St. Lucie died Monday, Sept. 11, 2000.
A native of Queens, N.Y., he lived in Port St. Lucie for six months. He moved here from Plantation, Fla.
Before retirement, he was a chief dispatcher for Eastern Airlines.
He served in the Army during World War II.
Survivors include his wife, Lois Kuhlewind of Port St. Lucie; three sons, Blair L. Kuhlewind of Okeechobee, Wade L. Kuhlewind of Connellsville, Pa., and Todd L. Kuhlewind of Pottstown, Pa.; a brother, Norman Kuhlewind of Florida; and five grandchildren.

Hazel Haynes Reece
INDIANTOWN - Hazel Haynes Reece, 87, of Indiantown died Tuesday, Sept. 12, 2000, in Martin Memorial Hospital South, Port Salerno.
A native of Mount Pleasant, S.C., she lived in Indiantown for three years. She moved here from Glendale, Ariz.
She was a member of the Family Worship Center, Indiantown. Survivors include her husband of 58 years, Louis Reece of Indiantown; a daughter, Ruth Johns of Indiantown; and a grandson, Mark Johns of Indiantown.
A service will be at 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 15, at the Family Worship Center. The Rev. Bruce Butler will officiate.
Burial will be in Port Mayaca Cemetery.

George H. Rowe III
HOBE SOUND - George H. Rowe III, 79, of Hobe Sound died Monday, Sept. 11, 2000.
A native of Hackensack, N.J., he lived in Hobe Sound for 15 years.
Before retirement in 1985, he was a materials engineer with Pratt & Whitney and Combustion Engineering, Connecticut, for 32 years.
He pioneered research in metallurgical fracture mechanics and nuclear power materials, and was deputy director of the research institute of the University of Stutt- gart, Germany for several years in the 1970s. He published numerous research papers, was awarded several patents and is referenced in the American Society for Testing and Materials Metals Handbook.
He earned a graduate degree in metallurgy at Pennsylvania State University in 1947.
Survivors include his sister, Eva Rowe of Hobe Sound; three sons, George H. Rowe IV and Michael and Timothy Rowe; two daughters, Bonnie and Martha Rowe; and five grandchildren.

Frank L. Runyon
PORT ST. LUCIE - Frank L. Runyon, 41, of Port St. Lucie died Sunday, Sept. 10, 2000, at his home.
He was a native of Tampa.
He was a stucco mason in the drywall industry.
He attended Calvary Assembly of God, Port St. Lucie.
Survivors include his parents, Lush "Stretch" and Pearl Runyon of Hobe Sound; a daughter, Heather Runyon of Stuart; two brothers, Mark Kitchen of Austin, Texas, and Kimzey Runyon of Elverson, Pa.; two sisters, Crystal and Vera Runyon, both of Stuart; and his maternal grandparents, Wanda and Melvin Trammell of Stuart.

PORT ST. LUCIE - Frederick Snyder, 84, of Port St. Lucie died Tuesday, Sept. 12, 2000, at Hospice House of the Treasure Coast, Fort Pierce.
A native of Detroit, he lived in Port St. Lucie for 22 years. He moved here from Allen Park, Mich.
Before retirement, he worked in research and development for General Motors' Chevrolet Division, Warren, Mich., for 30 years.
He served in the Coast Guard.
He was a member of the Port St. Lucie Elks and was a commodore of Grosse Ile (Mich.) Yacht Club.
Survivors include his wife of 52 years, Annette Snyder of Port St. Lucie; two daughters, Anne Christian and husband Howard of Phoenix and Lynne Purdy and husband Robert of Woodhaven, Mich.; three brothers, Donald Snyder of Boynton Beach, John Snyder of Palm Bay, Fla., and Robert Snyder of West Palm Beach; a sister, Hazel Keefer of Walnut Creek, Calif.; four grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her husband, Ellsworth Brooks.

STUART - Charles H. Coutant, 77, of Stuart died Sunday, Feb. 13, 2000, in Hospice of Martin & St. Lucie, Stuart.
He was a native and lifelong resident of Stuart.
He served in the Army during World War II.
He was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Stuart.
He helped raise sea turtles at the House of Refuge, Stuart.
He attended the University of Florida.
Survivors include a daughter, Charlene Multach and husband Peter of Cooper City, Fla.; two brothers, Elwin H. Coutant and Clyde Coutant, both of Stuart; a sister, Catherine Folendorph of California.

Before retirement, she was a teacher for Norwalk Public School Systems, Norwalk and Lake Park Elementary, Lake Park, Fla.
She was a member of St. Jude Catholic Church.
Survivors include a brother, James Moriarty and wife Shirley of Branford, Conn.; and a sister Jean Beal and husband Justus of Port St. Lucie.

STUART - Marcel LaMarche, 84, of Stuart died Friday, Feb. 11, 2000, in Hospice of Martin & St. Lucie.
A native of Derry, N.H., he lived in Stuart for 23 years. He moved here from Manchester, N.H.
Before retirement, he was a manager at an Oldsmobile dealership in Manchester, N.H.
He served in the Navy during World War II aboard the USS Cofer in the South Pacific.
He sang in the choirs of St. Joseph's Cathedral in Manchester, N.H. and St. Christopher's Church in Hobe Sound.
He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, the Ridgeway Chorus and the Ridgeway bowling league.
He was predeceased in 1992 by his wife Jan Goulet LaMarche.
Survivors include his wife Beverly LaMarche of Stuart; two sons, Jay LaMarche and wife Carol of Boston, Mass., and Mark LaMarche and wife Kim of Manchester, N.H.; a daughter, Dian LaMarche-Rice and husband John of Berkeley, Calif.; a sister, Lorraine Bourgeois and husband Al of Camarillo, Calif.; and five grandchildren.

FORT PIERCE - Rosa J. Van Morris, 78, of Fort Pierce died Saturday, Feb. 12, 2000, at a local nursing home.
A native of Wadesboro, N.C., she lived in Fort Pierce for 52 years. She moved here from Vero Beach.
Before retirement in 1977, she was a postal clerk.
She served with the Army Air Force during World War II as a photo lab technician in Squadron W-353d. She was awarded the American Theater Campaign, Good Conduct, WAC and Victory medals. She was stationed at Elderfield in Louisiana.
She was a member of the American Legion Post 40, Fort Pierce and the National Association of Retired Federal Employees.
Her hobbies included gardening.
She was predeceased in 1983 by her husband Albert G. Morris.
Survivors include two sons, John Van Morris of Gray, Maine, and Thomas Van Morris of Spokane, Wash.; two daughters, Lisa Presley of Vero Beach, and Linda Summerville of Tigart, Oregon.

PORT ST. LUCIE - Barbara Robertson, 77, of Port St. Lucie died Saturday, Feb. 12, 2000, at her home.
A native of Flushing, N.Y., she lived in Port St. Lucie for 15 years. She moved here from Pearl River, N.Y.
Before retirement, she was a horticulturist. She designed the Xerescape Garden and the potting shed in Fort Pierce.
She graduated in 1941 from Amber School of Horticulture, Amber, Pa.
Her hobbies included gardening, camping, painting, crocheting, knitting and sewing.
Survivors include her husband of 58 years, John Robertson of Port St. Lucie; two sons, Jon Robertson of Wakefield, Mass and Greg Robertson and wife Sheri of Lake George, N.Y.; two daughters, Suzanne Laging and husband Richard of Port St. Lucie and Barabara Lippoth of Lake George, N.Y.; a sister, Myrtis Kinch of Oceanside, N.Y.; 10 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
