Nettie Leona Dibble, 71, died Aug. 22.
Mrs. Dibble was born in Roscommon, Mich., and moved to Citra from Houghton Lake, Mich., in 1978. She was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Robert; sons, Robert, Citra, David, Port Orange; daughters, Diana Mosely, Citra, Kathy Steele, Sparr; brothers, Bruce West, Interlockin, Larry West, Jacksonville; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Arrangements were by Florida Cremation Society, Ocala.

Lady Lake -
Kay Mildred Davis
Kay Mildred Davis, 88, died Aug. 21.
Mrs. Davis was born in Chicago and moved to Lady Lake from Leesburg in 1997. She was a retired accountant for Super 8 Motel, Leesburg. She was a Silver-Haired Legislator of Florida and former president of Lady Lake Business and Professional Women's Association. She attended Lighthouse Worship Center, Summerfield.
She is survived by her husband, Richard; son, Greg Perkis, Stewart; daughter, Barbara Jackson, Atlanta; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Interment with graveside services will be held 2 p.m. today at Lady of Mercy Catholic Cemetery, Miami.
Arrangements were by Beyers Funeral Home, Lady Lake.

Edgar W. Botner
Edgar W. Botner, 84, died Aug. 20.
Mr. Botner was born in Travelersrest, Ky., and moved to Lady Lake from Hamilton, Ohio, in 1987. He was a retired supervisor for Champion Paper Mill. He was a member of Masonic Lodge 564 F&AM of New Hope, Ky. He was a Kentucky Colonel.
He is survived by his daughter, Shirley Combs, Lady Lake; son, John, Hamilton; brother, Taft, Cullowee, N.C.; half-sister, Elizabeth Tye, Milwaukee, Ill.; nine grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.

Leesburg -
Reginald Ralph Hunt
Reginald Ralph Hunt, 55, died Aug. 22.
Mr. Hunt was born in Newport, Maine, and moved to Leesburg in 1992. He was active with Special Olympics. He attended Newport (Maine) Assembly of God Church.
He is survived by his brothers, Alton, Leesburg, Clayton, Pittsfield, Maine; and several nieces and nephews.

Ocala -
Kathleen M. McCoy
Kathleen M. McCoy, 62, died Aug. 22 at Estelle House, Ocala.
Mrs. McCoy was born in Paterson, N.J., and moved to Ocala from Dale City, Va., in 1989. She was a nurse. She was a Girl Scout leader for 30 years and a member of Belair Women's Club, Dale City. She attended Silver Springs (Fla.) Presbyterian Church.
She is survived by her husband of 30 years, George Sr.; son, George Jr., Ocala; daughter, Jaqueline Curran, Columbia, S.C.; brother, Richard Sales, Paterson; sister, Helen TarBuk, Houston; and two grandchildren.
Arrangements were by Florida Cremation Society, Ocala.

Tavares -
Charles J. Strigl Sr.
Charles J. Strigl Sr., 90, died Aug. 22.
Mr. Strigl was born in Buffalo, N.Y., and moved to Tavares in 1991. He had retired as a supervisor with a fuel company. He was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church, Mount Dora.
He is survived by his son, Charles Jr., Leesburg; brother, Frank, Spartanburg, S.C.; seven grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

Mildred E. Kachel
Mildred E. Kachel, 76, died Aug. 21 at Munroe Regional Medical Center, Ocala.
Mrs. Kachel was born in Philadelphia and moved to The Villages from Kansas City, Mo., 12 years ago. She was a homemaker. She was a member of Community United Methodist Church, Fruitland Park.
She is survived by her husband, Daniel; sons, Daniel Jr. and Bruce, both of Chattanooga, Tenn., Bryant, Atlanta; sisters, Irene Hayes, Brooksville, Fla., Ruth Becker, Philadelphia; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Arrangements were by National Cremation Society, Lady Lake.

Herbert H. Manulkin
Herbert H. Manulkin, 76, died Aug. 21.
Mr. Manulkin was born in Philadelphia and moved to The Villages from Wildwood in 1996. He was a retired developer for mobile home parks. He served with the U.S. Navy at Pearl Harbor during World War II. He was a charter member of the Wildwood Rotary Club.
He is survived by his wife, Mollie; daughters, Janette Williams, Tavares, Barbara, Tampa; sons, Jim, Wildwood, Jeffery, Orlando; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

John R. Spellman
John R. Spellman, 76, died Nov. 1.
Mr. Spellman was born in Kansas City, Kan., and moved to Ocala from Prairie Village, Kan., in 1985. He had retired from the personnel department of AT&T. He was a parishioner of Our Lady of the Springs Catholic Church, Ocala.
He is survived by his wife, Gayle; daughters, Peggy Gaine, Miami, Cynthia Vincent, Overland Park, Kan., Jane Spellman, West Palm Beach; sons, Kevin, Salina, Kan., Joseph, Jacksonville, Daniel, Omaha, Neb.; sister, Eileen Warth, Denver; brothers, William, Columbus, Ohio, James, Phoenix, Thomas Spelling, Kansas City; and six grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made in Mr. Spellman's memory to Kennys Place, 7677 S.E. 41st Court, Ocala, FL 34479.

Wildwood - 
Charlotte B. Percival
Charlotte B. Percival, 77, died Oct. 30.
Mrs. Percival was born in Atlanta and moved to Wildwood in 1994 from Forest Park, Ga. She was retired from the Fulton County, Ga., clerk's office. She was a World War II veteran of the U.S. Army, an avid supporter of the Humane Society and a member of the Baptist faith.
Survivors are son Charles, Forest Park; several nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.

Arcadia - 
Byron E. Herlong II
Byron Edward Herlong II, 60, died Oct. 30.
Mr. Herlong was born in Leesburg and moved to Arcadia in 1989. He was general manager of the Citrus Division of Florida Crushed Stone Corp. He was a U.S. Army veteran, 1963 graduate of the University of Florida, Gainesville, member of the Ridge Anglers Bass Club, Lake Placid, Fla., and member of the Methodist faith.
Survivors are son Byron E. Herlong III, Atlanta; daughters Andrea Dougherty, Nashville, Tenn., Emilie Sadlon, Knoxville, Tenn.; parents Byron E. and Frances Herlong, Leesburg; brothers Philip Herlong, Leesburg, David Herlong, Las Vegas; sister Nancy Perrins, Richmond, Va.; and four grandchildren.
Memorial services for Mr. Herlong will be 10 a.m. Nov. 3 at St. James Episcopal Church, Leesburg, the Rev. Terry W. Jackson officiating. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. James Episcopal Church, 204 Lee St., Leesburg, FL 34748; or American Cancer Society, 4280 N. U.S. Highway 19A, Suite 5, Mount Dora, FL 32757.
