She was born in Pontiac, Mich., and lived in Spring Hill for 12 years before moving to Hills. She was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution and Florida Genealogy Society and a Roman Catholic by faith.

She is survived by two sons, Grover C. of Akron, Ohio, and James O. of Jeffersonville, Ky.; and two daughters, Malinda Pierson of Dayton, Ohio, and Gladie Poston of Hillsborough, Ohio; 11 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.

He was a native of Thompson, Mo., and moved to this area three years ago from Silver Spring, Md. He was a retired physician practicing obstetrics and gynecology, a World War II U.S. Army Captain veteran serving in the European Theatre and Evac hospitals, and a member of the Washington Golf Club and St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church, Spring Hill.

He was a native of the Bronx, N.Y., and was a winter resident of this area for the past 25 years coming from Staten Island, N.Y. He was a retired commercial installer for the telephone company, a member of the Telephone Pioneers, Hugenot Lodge 381, F&AM, Staten Island, and a Lutheran by faith.
