He was a native of Dubuque, Iowa, and moved to this area 17 years ago from Canal Zone, Panama. He was a medical examiner and pathologist for Brooksville Regional Hospital (Lykes Memorial Hospital), a member of the Audubon Society, Panama Canal Society, and an Episcopalian by faith.
