Louise 'Vi' M. Baldwin, 75, of Timber Pines, Spring Hill, died Monday, August 28, at her residence.
She was born in Bantam, Conn., and moved to this area 13 years ago from New Jersey. She was a clothing fashion coordinator and an Episcopalian by faith.
Survivors include her husband, Al; a son, Jay of New Jersey; two daughters, Ayn Baldwin Riehle and Kristine, both of Vermont; and eight grandchildren.

Ruth A. Parker, 74, of Spring Hill, died Friday, August 25, at Oak Hill Hospital. 
She was born in Erie, Pa. and moved to this area seven years ago from Homestead. She was a dietician in the public school system, a member of Eastern Star, Rebacka Liberty 21, Daughters of the Nile, DAV Ladies Auxiliary, past president of the Homestead Shriner's Club and a Catholic by faith.
Survivors include a daughter, Patricia Ann Wilkins of Spring Hill; three brothers, Carl. J. and Edward J. Hutchinson, both of Erie, and Teddy A. Miller of Anaheim, Calif.; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Elizabeth Beigelbeck, 59, of The Oaks in Spring Hill, died Thursday, August 31, at her home.
Born in Hungary, she moved to this area four years ago from Denville, N.J. She was a retired electronic parts inspector for an electronics manufacturer; a member of the Hungarian-American Senior Club of Spring Hill; and a member of St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church.
She is survived by her husband, Rudolf; two sons, Attila Toth of Milford, N.J. and Anthony of Long Island, N.Y.; three daughters, Judit Scherr of Rockaway, N.J., and Christina and Eileen, both of Long Island, N.Y.; three brothers, Bela Gaschler of Spring Hill and Emil Gaschler and Janos Gaschler, both of Hungary; three sisters, Julia Egyed of Spring Hill and Maria Egyed and Teresa Pinter, both of Hungary; and three grandchildren.

Edgar "Ed" Jackson Cook Sr., 77, of Brooksville, died Saturday, Sept. 2, at the Sterling House, Spring Hill.
Born in Davin, W. Va., he moved to this area 54 years ago from there. He was a retired owner and operator of Cook's Building & Lumber Supply; the builder and developer of Northside Estates, Sunshine Terrace, Suncoast Subdivision, Town n' Country, Leisure Acres, Northside Apartments, Oak Park Apartments and Village Green Apartments; a United States Navy Seabee veteran of World War II; a member of the American Legion Post #99, DAV, VFW, Hernando Masonic Lodge #97, Scottish Rite Tampa Consistory and Egypt Shrine Temple; past president of the Hernando County Board of Realtors and the Zoning Appeals Board; past chairman of the Hernando County School Board; past president of the Hernando Chamber of Commerce; former vice-mayor of the City of Brooksville; and a former Brooksville City Commissioner. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Brooksville.
He is survived by his son, Edgar Jr. and a daughter, Vickie Clark, both of Brooksville; a brother, Ott S. Jr. of Brooksville; four sisters, Anna Smith and Dorothy Venters, both of Brooksville, Virginia Racine of Daytona Beach and Mary Perry of Morgantown, W. Va.; and two grandchildren.

He was born in Stratford, N.J., and moved to this area two years ago from New Jersey. He was a utilities senior rate analyst, a U.S. Navy veteran, a past member of the Rotary Club in New Jersey and a Christian by faith.

She was a member of the Brookridge Women's Club, VFW Post 10209, the All States Club and the Order of the Eastern Star, Robert Morris Chapter 372, Columbus.
