The West Haven Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements for Rosalind Corso Cameron, 88, of 806 W. Main St., who died Feb. 5. She was the widow of Lloyd John Cameron, Sr.

She leaves a daughter, Kate F. Cameron of West Haven of West Haven; a brother, Vincent J. Corso of Myrtle Beach, SC; sisters Margaret Cupo and Dorothy Hill of West Haven and Josephine McKenna of Westbrook; and a granddaughter. She was predeceased by a son, Lloyd John Cameron Jr.; and a brother, Thomas L. Corso. Burial was private.

Dorothea G. Parlee

A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at St. John Vianney Church for Dorothea Gibbons Parlee, 89, of 33 West Walk, who died Feb. 6. She was the widow of Charles W. Parlee, Sr.

Mrs. Parlee leaves sons, Charles W. Parlee, Jr. of West Haven and William G. Parlee of Vernon; seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild. She was predeceased by a daughter, Alice G. Donlon.

Dorothy R. Anderson

The Beecher & Bennett-Taylor Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements for Dorothy R. Andersen, 88, of 174 Park Terrace Ave., who died Feb. 1. She was the widow of Henry C. Andersen. She was manager of 10 years of the former S&H Green Stamp office in Hamden.

Survivors include a daughter, Joan E. Andersen of West Haven; a son, Richard H. Andersen of Milford; sisters, Marion Williams of West Haven and Ruth Slinney of FL; a granddaughter, and two great-grandchildren.

Elving E. Person

A graveside service was held for Elving E. Person, 63, of 16 Sunset Road, who died Feb. 6. He was the husband of Jessie Lenholt Person of Branford. He was a truck driver for the Brosco Co. for several years.

Besides his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Margay Purrson of Branford; a son, David Person of Meriden and a sister, Astrid Person Endriss of Hamden. Burial was in Montowese Cemetery. The Beecher & Bennett Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Rufus Cooper, Sr.

The Curvin K. Council Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements for Rufus Cooper, Sr. 66, of Nonquit Street, who died Feb. 6. He was the husband of Madeline Cooper. Prior to his retirement, he worked for the U.S. Postal Service, Connecticut Limousine and the Stamford Police Auxiliary.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by sons, Alvin Cooper in Georgia, Dennis Cooper of Washington DC and Rufus Cooper, Jr. of West Haven; a daughter, Tracey Cooper of MO; a brother, Linwood Cooper of Washington; and three grandsons. A brother, Edward Cooper, predeceased him.

Jean E. Capasso

The Beecher & Bennett-Taylor Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements for Jean Eburg Capasso, 66, of 165 Court St., who died Feb. 9. She was the widow of Philip Capasso. She was a custodian at Milford Jai Alai.

Survivors include sons, Paul Macholl Sr. of West Haven, William Howell of Vernon and Russell Macholl and Philip Capasso of Las Vegas; a daughter, Karen Brooks, in California; a stepdaughter, Donna Capasso of New Haven; sisters, Joan O’ Connor of West Haven and Frances Russo, in Georgia; brothers, Oarrie Eburg of Portland, Thomas Eburg of West Haven and Ralph Eburg of Hamden; 16 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by brothers, James and Alexander Eburg and sisters, Gertrude King, Margaret Dichello, Caroline Carter and Jessie Meeker.

Helen B. White

A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at Our Lady of Victory Church for Helen Borsella White, 81, of Laurel Street, who died Feb. 11. She was the widow of Howard J. White. She retired in 1983 from the accounts receivable department at SNET after 20 years.

She leaves a son, John C. White of Hamden; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by daughters Elena “Dutchie” Wendland and Carolyn Perry; sisters Jennie Egidio and Emma Caturano; and a brother, Thomas Borsella. Burialwas in All Saints Cemetery. Maria Czerepacha

The Pistey Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements for Maria Czerepacha, 88, of 57 Wade St., who died Feb. 1.

She is survived by a son, Paul Czerepacha of West Haven and three daughters; 10 grandchildren; and six great grandchildren. Burial was in Ukrainian Native Faith Church and Cemetery in Spring Glen, NY.

Annette S. C. Vogt

A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at Our Lady of Victory Church for Annette S. Colvano Vogt, 57, of 27 Strathmore Road, who died Feb. 14. She was the wife of George Vogt. She formerly worked for the D.F. Vog Appliance Service and was a clerk at West Haven High School.

Besides her husband, she leaves a daughter, Nicole Vogt of West Haven; a sister, Louise Pease of Canaan, ME; a brother, Thomas H. Colvano of North Haven;; and two grandchildren. Burial was in St. Lawrence Cemetery. The Iovanne Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Nelotine D. Smith

The Keyes Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements for Nelotine “Mateen” Douglas Smith, 89, of Antrim St., who died Feb. 13. She was the widow of James W. Smith. She was a dressing attendant at Macy’s before retiring.

She is survived by a son, James D. Smith of Ind; daughters, Maxine C. Morris and Laurine Holmes of New Haven and Pauline Edwards of Pontiac, Michigan; sisters, Amy King of New Haven and Bennie Morrow of Allensville, KY; 10 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

Richard F. Boyne

A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at St. Lawrence Church for Richard F. Boyne, Sr.,74, of 6 Hall St., who died Feb. 13. He was the husband of Jane Kerr Boyne. He was the former owner of Connecticut General Contractors in Branford, and Boyne’s Emerald Isle Restaurant in Hollywood, FL. He served in the Navy.

Besides his wife, he leaves sons, Joseph R. Boyne of Hamden and Richard F. Boyne, Jr. of West Haven; daughters, Patricia B. Martin of Hamden, Jayne B. Harris of North Haven and Kathleen B. Askildsen of Pine Bush, NY; a brother, Paul J. Boyne of Simsbury; a sister, Mary B. Lucibello of FL; and 13 grandchildren. He was predeceased by a brother, Matthew Boyne.

The New Haven Funeral Service was in charge of arrangements for Hulda Klaussner, 79, of 65 Robart St,. who died Feb. 14. She was the widow of Hans Klaussner.

She leaves daughters Erika Powers of Milford, Annemarie Nefford and Edeltraud Skaggs of West Haven; nine grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.

Antoinette Consorte

A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at Our Lady of Victory Church for Antoinette Consorte, of 39 Wagner Place, who died Feb. 16. She was the widow of Matteo “Matty” Consorte.

She is survived by sons, Louis, Frank and Joseph Consorte, all of West Haven; a brother, Salvatore Pomarico of North Haven; a sister, Frances Cosenza of Wallingford; eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by brothers, John and Alphonse Pomarico, a sister, Mary Bellentone and a great-grandson, Joseph Perrone. In 1932, she along with her husband started West End Market, a family operated meat and grocery store until her retirement in 1987.

Geraldine L. DeFeo

A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at St. Lawrence Church for Geraldine Lloyd DeFeo, 73, of 580 Savin Ave., who died Feb. 3. She was a machine operator for the Raybestos Co.

She is survived by daughters, Christine Dietrich of Langhorn, PA, and Nancy Gilson of West Haven; a son, Jerry Farina of Milford; sisters, Eloise Montieth in California and Emily Steele, in Utah; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

He is survived by a son, John J. DiElsi of NY; a daughter, Paula J. Everone of West Haven; brother, Frank DiElsi of Hamden; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by sisters, Anna Calandrella and Gloria DiElsi.

He worked for 22 years at the Veterans Affairs medical center in West Haven, retiring as a materials management supervisor. He was an Army veteran. He leaves a brother, Gerald F. Besides his wife, survivors include a daughter, Gina Franchi of North Haven; a son, Dante Nello Franchi of Wallingford; a sister, Anna McMahon of NY; brothers, Gino, Sauro, and Lorenzo Franchi, all of NY; and four grandchildren.
