Mrs. Eisenstadt, 68, died Dec. 5, 2000, in Colorado Springs. She was a lab technician in the medical field at Memorial and St. Francis hospitals and at the 303 Professional Building and at Dr. Adasek's office. 
Mrs. Eisenstadt was born April 1, 1932, in Newberry, Mich., to Alton and Helen (Mumford) Rickerd, who are deceased. She was married Nov. 15, 1957, to Abraham Eisenstadt. 
She is survived by her husband; a son, David; a daughter, Sandra Hunter; a brother, Rod Rickerd; and a grandchild. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Jerry Rickerd and Richard Rickerd; and a sister, Nancy Rickerd.

KAY JORGENSEN 
Mrs. Jorgensen, 45, died Dec. 5, 2000, at a local hospital. She was a homemaker and crafter. She had previously worked at Memorial Hospital. 
Mrs. Jorgensen was born Sept. 15, 1955, in Ypsilanti, Mich., to Donald and Janet (Blecha) Cox, who are deceased. She was married May 5, 1984, to Bob Jorgensen. 
She is survived by her husband; a son, Jonathan; four brothers, Tim Cox, Don Cox, Chris Cox and John Cox; a sister, Patrice Cox; four stepbrothers and stepsisters; and her grandmother, Pauline Clauson.

Mr. O'Brien, 57, died Nov. 30, 2000, in Colorado Springs. He retired as production manager from Digital Equipment Corp. after 23 years. He served in the Air Force for four years. 
Mr. O'Brien was born July 9, 1943, in Bronx, N.Y., to Bernard T. and Virginia C. (Doff) O'Brien, who are deceased. He was married June 29, 1968, to Sandra Camgemi. 
He is survived by his wife; a son, Jay; a daughter, Laurie (O'Brien) Seats; two sisters, Carol Sweet and Betty Fowler; and a granddaughter. He was preceded in death by a brother, Michael.

Mr. Stainsky, 53, died Dec. 4, 2000, in Colorado Springs. He was an electronics field engineer. 
Mr. Stainsky was born Jan. 16, 1947, in Colorado Springs, to Eugene and Pauline (Edinborough) Stainsky, who are deceased. He was married Oct. 3, 1996, to Judy Miller.

Mrs. Thurman, 86, died Dec. 2, 2000, at her home in Fountain. She retired in 1976 as an El Paso County senior citizen coordinator in Security and also was cook at and owner of her own restaurant in Fountain. 
Mrs. Thurman was born Aug. 15, 1914, in Crawford County, Mo., to James Isaac and Nancy Jane (Beers) Stotler, who are deceased. She was married Oct. 27, 1932, to Marvin V. Thurman, who is deceased. 
She is survived by a daughter, Donna J. Franklin; a nephew, William R. Stotler; six grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Bettie L. Freeman.

Mrs. Stachura, 79, died Dec. 7, 2000, at a local care center. She was a homemaker. 
Mrs. Stachura was born Sept. 28, 1921, in Nanty Glo, Pa., to Joseph and Cora (Rethniger) Barr, who are deceased. She was married in 1972 to Andrew Stachura, who is deceased.

ANDREW EURICH JR. 
Mr. Eurich, 74, died Dec. 5, 2000, in Calhan. He retired from the El Paso County Department of Transportation. 
Mr. Eurich was born Aug. 19, 1926, in Calhan to Andrew and Anna (Gdovin) Eurich, who are deceased. 
He is survived by a brother, Edward; two sisters, Ann Trojanovich and Helen Tihonovich; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Nick and Pete; and two sisters, Jane Giadone and Agnes Garnhart.

STEPHEN LOUIS STIGLICH 
Mr. Stiglich, 80, died Dec. 5, 2000, at his home in Widefield. He retired as a master sergeant from the Army and he retired from civil service. 
Mr. Stiglich was born April 29, 1920, in Hibbing, Minn., to Kazmer and Mary Stiglich, who are deceased. He was married Aug. 30, 1952, to Shirley A. Tahija. 
He is survived by his wife; a son, Stephen M.; a daughter-in-law, Cynthia; and a granddaughter, Jessie. He was preceded in death by 11 brothers and sisters.

SUSIE "MAMA SUSIE" PERKINS 
Mrs. Perkins, 98, a longtime Colorado Springs resident, died Dec. 3, 2000, in Brandon, Fla. She has been honored with many awards for her work in Colorado and local communities. 
Mrs. Perkins was born Sept. 27, 1902, in Winona, Miss., to Lila Harrison, who is deceased. She was married to William Perkins, who is deceased. 
She is survived by a daughter-in-law, Isabel Wright; a sister-in-law, Wilna Harrison; a niece, Mary Jewels Yates; seven grandsons, Thomas Stoker and Charles Stoker, both of Tampa, Fla., David Stoker, Lawrence Stoker, Danny Wright, Michael Wright and Victor Wright, all of Colorado Springs; three granddaughters, Susie Johnson of Brandon and Helen Blowe and Dolores Smith, both of Colorado Springs; 35 great-grandchildren; 22 great-great-grandchildren; a great-great-great-grandchild; and numerous cousins. She was preceded in death by a son, Thomas Alpha Wright; and a brother, Alpha Harrison.

MICHAEL DEAN BELVEAL 
Mr. Belveal, 42, died Dec. 4, 2000, in Colorado Springs. He was an automotive technician and founder of Bill Belveal's Rebuilding. 
Mr. Belveal was born June 27, 1958, in Colorado Springs to William and Bonnie Belveal. He was married April 28, 1990, to Kristine Kaye Wilkins. 
He is survived by his wife; two daughters, Shannon Zantop and Heather Nichole Belveal; his parents of Fountain; two brothers, Walter Wayne and Kent Allen; two sisters, Karen Gilbert and Brenda Nowlin; and two grandchildren.

THOMAS "DAVID" BISHOP 
Mr. Bishop, 91, died Dec. 6, 2000, in Colorado Springs. He retired as a meat cutter from the Air Force Academy. He served in the Navy for two years during World War II. 
Mr. Bishop was born May 23, 1909, in Pierceburg, Ill., to Earnie and Matilda (Hutson) Bishop, who are deceased. He was married June 6, 1936, to Gladys Marjorie Newman. 
He is survived by his wife; a son, Philip; three daughters, Delores Holloway, Norma Yost and Suzanne Johnson; eight grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a brother, Paul; and two sisters, Lorene and Elizabeth.

Mr. Reynolds, 52, a former Colorado Springs resident, died Dec. 8, 2000, in Tucson, Ariz. He was vice president of Borderland Construction. 
Mr. Reynolds was born June 7, 1948, in Colorado Springs, to Earl F. and Bernita Reynolds. His father is deceased. He was married June 8, 1985, to Kathy Bininger. 
He is survived by his wife; three sons, Douglas E., Naithan and Chad; two daughters, Tayler Reynolds and Laura Pietronave; his mother; two sisters, Gwen Komatz and Patty Niles; and two grandchildren.

Mr. Parr, 43, a Florissant resident, died Dec. 1, 2000, in Houston. He was a meat manager for Albertsons for 18 years. 
Mr. Parr was born July 25, 1957, in Encino, Calif., to Edward and Donna Parr. His father is deceased. He was married July 4, 1985, to Margo Bohne. 
He is survived by his wife; a son, Kenneth; four daughters, Cami, Leslie, Kahn and Okatai; his mother; a brother, Fred; and two sisters, Christy Flournoy and Marianne Manire.

Mr. Cramer was born April 13, 1930, in Lewis, Kan., to Frank and Doris Cramer, who are deceased. He was married Dec. 5, 1955, to Mary Ann Dohm.

Lt. Col. Waldrop was born Dec. 1, 1929, in Jackson, Tenn., to Homer H. and Nelle (Hundley) Waldrop, who are deceased. He was married Nov. 8, 1957, to Doris Ebersole.

She is survived by her husband; two sons, Thomas Vincent and Robert Joseph; two daughters, Anne Michele "Mickey" Kavanagh Berliner and Kathryn Rose "Katie" Wood; 12 grandchildren; and a great-granddaughter. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Mary Virginia "Ginny." 
A memorial Mass will be at 11:30 a.m. Thursday at Holy Trinity Parish, 3122 Poinsetta Drive. Inurnment will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Fort Logan National Cemetery, 3698 S. Sheridan Blvd., Shelter A, Denver. Olinger Hampden Mortuary, 8600 E. Hampden Ave., Denver (303) 771-4636, is handling arrangements. 

JOHN J. SIEPIERSKI 
Mr. Siepierski, 69, died Dec. 7, 2000, in Colorado Springs. He retired as an engineer from the Air Force after serving from 1951 to 1977. He worked at TRW and E.T.A. 
Mr. Siepierski was born Nov. 6, 1931, in Buffalo, N.Y. He was married Jan. 29, 1971, to Aecha Yu. 
He is survived by his wife. 
Visitation will be at 9:30 a.m. Thursday with a Mass of Christian burial at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 2715 E. Pikes Peak Ave. Burial will be at Evergreen Cemetery, 1005 S. Hancock Ave. Evergreen Funeral Home, 1830 E. Fountain Blvd., 475-8303, is handling arrangements. 

MICHAEL STEVEN "MIKE" KOELLING 
Mr. Koelling, 41, died Dec. 9, 2000, in Colorado Springs. He was an electronics technician with Skyline in Colorado Springs for many years. He served in the Army for eight years. 
Mr. Koelling was born Aug. 6, 1959, in Gardena, Calif., to Robert Lewis and Viola Pauline (Vickers) Koelling, who are deceased. 
He is survived by his fiancée, Debra Kelley; four brothers, Gregory Dean, Terry Lee, Kevin Scott and Bret Alan; and a sister, Dana Gayle Miller. 
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. today at Cappadona's Family Center, 3133 N. El Paso St., 520-1817.
